Windows servers need larger clusters so if one BSOD's then it will have minimal impact.

Yes they are made by HP and are fully featured including scanning and network support.
I've noticed its far faster for various complex javascript stuff.
Drag dropping specifically is blazing fast compared to FF.
Its very fluid.
