There was a start trek episode on this (original one) about some planet that had no disease and lif expectancy was too long, and they had a population problem...and had developed a lottery to see who would die. Then there was a similar episode on sliders, about a lottery that allowed you to get money from an ATM but increased your chances of winning...the prize was death, so the more money you took out for free....the greater your chances at dying....
These are quite big moral issues, if China is making it so that we are plowing through all our resources way to quickly because of their sheer population volume, then is it not their responsibility to make sure not to overproduce.....?
Either it shows how incompetent the cops are at using technology, and could not find it even with gps tracking enabled....while some geeks that know what they are doing used it to track the criminal, but then were turned down by the cops when they tried to give the location and have the cops go get the stolen property back.

Instead of investing this into a city like Detroit to bring it back to full swing and full economic promise, where there are already plenty of skyscrapers and etc,etc.... All in all, this is what we call evolution, do we want to stall it, destroy it, or what is the goal of this. We know this will happen to all species eventually, some maybe quicker than others, but we could have walking lizards, walking monkeys, etc.... Just add some time of mutation agent that speeds up this process, and we will have a trove of animals that are now capable of many things humans are...so how much different is this from say aliens? We are ready to make first contact, but yet not so ready that we have another species from earth show us we are not the only ones....funny, I guess maybe this is because we would hate to find out that we treated animals so badly all these years with no regard for their well being, and they now in turn come into intellectual light with a vengeance....
I think there should be NO photoshop at all, how about that! Make it so the industry shows the picture for what it is, if the photographer is good and the model is good looking , it will be a good photo, instead of doing all sorts of photoshop to make everything look good. Makes me think that we have become so intent on fixing up things after the fact, instead of making it is good to begin with. I have seen many great photos without touchups, why cant they have those? Dont tell me the film is too expensive now!
If the equipment is found to not be used and sitting collecting dust, take it out of the budget for the next year, and let them recuperate the costs by selling off the machines for a proper price (not cheap to get rid of it) and let them use THAT money to buy the next stuff they need...all of a sudden we will see a lot less waste!!!

K, here is the lowdown, on a primal level, the women are attracted to someone who looks like they are in shape, it is a physical thing that supersedes whatever brain power you think you might have....whatever brain power you thought you had, it was not enough to know this little tidbit. The scores of women that will be attracted to you and want you either short term or long term will more then make up for any effort/time/money spent on working out and keeping fit.
The sad part is that with age this goes, but atleast while you were young and taking care of yourself, you had the wildest *ss parties you could think of. Why not try and induce a mass media frenzy that can focus on twhen the FBI has found leaks, and compromised particular networks, specifically the ones that are responsible for the worst spam. Then attach all sorts of fake info about busts, raids, etc...and that they are looking for more of the individuals associated through C&Cs and will use the ip list to track them down.
This would lead to all or any of the people using the C&C to stop right away for fear of getting caught and laying low until it tides over, even though the threat is fake and therefor without costing any money but lying to media a little, you brought down temporarily the amount of spam out there.
