I say, force them all to play d&d 24/7, so that they get addicted to it so badly they have their own little
meets, then once they are out in the real world, there lives revolve around these meets to play d&d, and they also get out of shape enough to realize, forget robbing a bank, you're not even able to run the distance of a block, let alone make a getaway.

Who knows, it might make them softer too, depending on how the dungeon master steers them towards....saving a princess or doing good deeds within the game, might change their outlook, and give them a less jaded experience in jail.

Also, if you take it then that means they will try to deal it, if you show them you are not going to take it, and trust me, there are ways to get your point across, then they will find someone other scapegoat either within the company or outside....

I actually had one person blame our wifi router even though it was not even attached to our network, for some missing files that we could not find in our backups and mysteriously disappeared. 10. I can vouch for that on Sitting Down Too Long Is Bad Even If You Exercise · · Score: 1

Being a hardcore bodybuilder, I can vouch for this tidbit. The early part of my life was very physical, and I had a job in construction, also working out. Then in my early 30s, I decided to trade careers and go for computer programming. I never stopped working out, and still do with enough energy and intensity to make everybody at the gym scared of working out with me, however, I have noticed that

    a) my body type has changed...the way I sit all day at the computer makes for a hip stress that is totally different, and has slowly changed my hip structure over the years.... as well my overall physical performance has changed somewhat, even though I can still lift the same weights, and yes age is also a factor here, but I noticed that my wrists are not as strong as they used to be, because of the prolonged typing.

b)my cardio has slowly decreased over the years, yes I can still run 45 minutes although with difficulty, at a high level on the treadmill, I noticed that my waning cardio makes it hard to work out like I used to, I still push past it, but notice that it takes more out of me.

Again, yes old age comes and gives you these gifts for free , but I am not that old, and know others at the same level, same age, same diet, same exercise regiment that have none of the signs I have, is it also their overall environment, and gene pool...maybe, but when I get up from sitting too long, and feel it in my hips and knees....not that I complain about it, just that I notice it....i realize the importance of keeping your body in motion.

The hip area that I talked about seems to have changed in many ways, size , tilt, and even stress points. I am certain that when I was at the beginning of my computer career, I would still take a lot of walks everywhere, because I had to, so sitting was complimented by standing and walking, but now I have this job where I have all I need at my desk, and no need to walk, I sometimes have to find excuses to take one....

    just my observations..

I know nothing about running a country, and base whatever opinions I have from Canada, and the US, maybe even a lot of Europe as being the best way to run a country, but omg, if I was Chinese, and had my cousin telling me he watched Avatar and was one of the best movies ever, and then the government pulled this sh*t, it definitely would be an eye opener for me, as to what my country really represents on censorship. I swear I would immigrate after hearing this, maybe all Chinese needing to see this movie should to!

  12. BS loaded! on Offline Book "Lending" Costs US Publishers Nearly $1 Trillion · · Score: 1

Just like the music and movie industry, now the book industry is embarking on the same path, to come up with absurd numbers when crunching to see how much they have lost. However, I can tell you from first hand experience, being a software developer and having 1 book title cost as much as 80$ per book, depending on the press or size of the book....I never, EVER,EVER...would spend that much on a book!!!

If I look at the many ebooks I have acquired over the years, and look at my library of real books, I can tell you, there was a time I would a book or 2...but never the amount of ebooks that I have. Also, needing some references is cool, although I can just as easily
scan the internet and see a lot of code examples for the stuff I need, so did I really need that book I bought, not really.

Anyways, they never factor in the fact that of the many books pilfered , there is almost only 20 to 25 % of that whole number, where the person still would have bought the book....where as the rest could do without, and never would pay for an overpriced book. This is the reality that they never to stop and consider.

There is a reason why places like iTunes make money, no one wants to pay 22$ for a cd....are you nuts...especially if the artist only has 1 good song on there...so go to iTunes and get that song...do they say that places like iTunes cost the industry a lot of potential money they could consider as a loss....?

Would be nice to see Virgin or Geffen take Apple to court over lost revenue...i mean, isn't that like stealing , by making it possible for someone to bypass the desired paying model, and still get what he wants at a lower price then the company is willing to give out themselves?

looks you up, they need to know who you are toon wise, and what all your alts are as well as the server(s) you are on.

You can name change and server change to avoid problems...but to my knowledge, someone who knows how the game is played has unlimited access to your game times...so if someone wants to know when you are on, at any time ...you can't say you were at the doctor's or busy doing your laundry....you are stuck as being on, then if the perps have an account, they can spam you until you unwittingly answer and confirm to them you are really on and not just logged on.

I don't see what the advantage of this is, why blizzard even made the effort to do this, I would have liked they keep their money (development) and give me more game story or another patch with extra raids on it....seriously!

For me, it might sound racist, but I truly believe that they have been brainwashed to really stand by their country, even when they are of different citizenship, and even live abroad...they will still report back to the motherland to help in anyway they can.

Is this wrong, the jews have been doing this for eons, so I guess not really, as it would be hypocritical to say this, but
I do believe that a religion and way of life, is much different then a country's dictator's point of view of what life should be.
I know i might get spammed with a lot of comments on my view points, but I have to say, we did this to ourselves.

If we allow muslems to come into our country and force us to change our country's ways to allow them to continue living the way they lived back home, then why did they leave int he first place. If you want to join the RCMP and then tell them that they are not allowed to ask you to remove your turban to put on the proper RCMP uniform, you should understand that this is part of the RCMP religion, to wear the RCMP hat.

As for chinese, if they come into the country and work for a canadian/amercian country, why would they try to still make china the
more profitable partner in the deal....they left that country, for what ever reason...seems like they are almost doing this on purpose as if told to do so by the dictator himself...?
