I am not surprised, as this comes from the same country (New Jersey stat) that put a tax on small cars for the simple reason they were not buying enough gas from the pump (being fuel economical)...so you get taxed if you buy a big car that uses lots of gas, and when you buy a car the saves gas, you still have to pay tax....what a scam|!!!. They get brought to court for offering a free service... and now that they are being slapped with this lawsuit...it is easy to see why they would want to close, as well as also deny any further attempts by the courts to ask them for details about people's files. If i was them, I would not have been so lenient, I would have said, for all free stuff, you have a 2 weeks to download, until it gets purged, and for the paying customers, i would have made a tool that allows them access directly to the files on the servers, and tell them they have 3 months to recover their files..then that is it...
We know that the oil companies are the ones that dictate the oil prices, and how they feel that morning is how they will decide what the price of oil will be. We know that although they make trillions in profit each year, that they invest 0$ in upgrading the infrastructure in place to make more oil....as we have seen no new refineries show up. Anytime anyone tries to break into this market, they get shut down mysteriously. Then why were we to think that this would change....if we had local oil...the only way we would see change literally... is if people had small wells in all their backyards that they could become self sufficient, and have their own very small refineries....to produce their own oil, and one by one fall off the grid, so to speak....but with the way things are now, absolutely no way that the oil industry will go down without a fight.

I used to watch TMNT when I was younger, when it first came out, and always thought it a great story. I enjoyed them, but now they are taking that story and changing it, they will have to change the name too,...as they are no longer TMNT but more like TANT. This is what is wrong with Hollywood today.....they just want to make a buck with everything, but when it comes to real stuff that matters.... wont touch it with a 10 foot pole...
Why not lace them up with lost of C4 and let them become mines that you could set for space warfare, should we ever need them....just because they are decommissioned does not mean we can not reuse them for other things...

I think there should be a cyber unit dedicated to this sort of thing, where the ipad will be used as a decoy to setup the perps, and then track it to the HQ of those perps, of course you need some pretty grungy looking peeps to make the dealer take the ipad from them for a meth trade off.
