    I stopped using OO because the equation editing is really difficult. I'm sorta dumb, so I wasn't able to pick up the jist of it. In my own defense, I can use TeXmaCs without any problem so I was able to figure that one out. But for interoperability with Word, OO is the only option on Linux, so I don't generally use TeXMaCs unless I really want something to be pretty. But in any event, I hope they work on the equation editor in OO and then I'll switch over.

    NPR has essentially stopped all investigative reporting, as far as I can tell. They mostly read press releases for about a half an hour and then repeat the process.

    The OpenBSD kernel contains a memory corruption vulnerability in the code that handles IPv6 packets. Exploitation of this vulnerability can result in:
    1) Remote execution of arbitrary code at the kernel level on the vulnerable systems (complete system compromise), or;
    2) Remote denial of service attacks against vulnerable systems (system crash due to a kernel panic)

    I think they just found the Windows2003 Server Emulator.

    Whoever modded my flamebait doesn't understand. I've been selling these things to homeless people for years. Sometimes they even bring me their aluminum cans or their mobile cardboard homes to trade for them.

    Your post didn't really address why it's a strawman argument... we don't change water vapor levels like we change carbon dioxide levels. yes water is a greenhouse gas, but it's not one that we affect like we do carbon dioxide. I'm not sure why I'm even arguing with you.

    as you know, that's a strawman argument because human activity has a relatively low impact on the amount of water vapor that's in the air. Human activity has increased the CO2 levels by (someone help me out, I think it's like 40%)

    the particular science that shows that carbon dioxide absorbs in the IR where O2 doesn't isn't reallly up for debate. You can show it with mathematics or with IR spectroscopy. It's some of the most solid science that there is.
