>I think the better anology here is, would Ford sue you for removing the rev limiter from your Focus, then selling it as the SmithCo Focus XZ?
Actually, no. Ever heard of a Roush Mustang? Thats a company that buys Ford Mustangs, upgrades them (Stage 1-3), and re-sells them. There is also a company that does this with Porches I believe. Personally, I see no problem with this, as long as you give credit to the original developers of it.
That goes on a lot in high schools. I've heard of for example, "Nike" gym at a high school. My high school was a "Pepsi" campus. (eww... Pepsi - I hate the stuff even more now) I have heard of other crazy stuff like that, however, it seems unprofessional for a college to be doing that.
WE HAVE BUSSES HERE IN SAN JOSE!?!?
Perhaps the bigger the PDF, the worse the bus system? MTA pwns VTA. Of course, MTA pwns almost all other *TA's. Still, our busses come like once an hour, and they don't go anywhere useful.
4. You want to have the option of inputting XLR audio
<snip>
6. A GOOD tripod. These are, unfortunately, no cheap.
XLR - a must if you are to be taken seriously by anyone. One place I worked, the guys video taping the thing asked our sound guys if they could have a RCA feed. We just laughed at them and said "Sorry, were professionals, we only use XLR."
As far as a tripod goes, get a fluid head tripod. With a good fluid head, it will sit exactly where you leave it, but all you have to do to move it is barely touch it with your finger. Also, when you move it, you wont get any of this jerky crap that a normal tripod gives you, nothing but smooth pans.
You forgot the country lines bit. That makes it not FBI jurisdiction, but instead CIA. (Also Special Forces, Army, Navy, Air Force, etc... Lets just skip the CIA bit and let the other people with jurisdiction handle it.)
"For safety reasons, these scissors do not have sharpened edges. A perfect display for someone that's on the cutting edge."
I wouldn't be too scared about a guy chasing me with those....Of course, they do make grinders for a reason...
AHH! *Starts running*
I think it would be really useful to release that under GNU GPL. I know it would be of use to many people. If everyone did that, it would actually be a way of slowing/stopping spam. It would create time/bandwidth costs for the spammers. (Spammers spam because benifit outwheighs cost.)
I'll be as nice as to take it off of your hands....

I second that.

I just want a good P90 airsoft for cheap... (P90 is my favorite gun - Its a real gun, but still looks kinda futuristic!)
