Hollywood, for example, has its big summer season when all of the blockbusters are released nearly back to back. In fact, releases are even scheduled around dates set by competing films.

like Mafia, Privateer, Freelancer or Elite have never worked for me. In reality, your possibilities are very limited and the randomly generated missions are almost always mind-numbingly repetitive.
I will always choose a game with an excellent, but short (20h) story and scripted missions over an "open-ended" one with a dynamic universe until they come up with a mission generator and good enough AI to create decent missions.
The MDA III supports GSM and Wi-Fi, and includes a retractable QWERTY keyboard that slips within the device when not in use
Seeing how this thing will be sold in Germany, shouldn't it be a QWERTZ keyboard, or are they trying to irritate their customers? If it is a QWERTY, does it have Umlauts?
I was very skeptical when I saw the Looking Glass' screenshots, but this definitely looks like it could be usable in Real Life. Maybe 3D window managers actually are something for me, will have to try out.
Personally I don't think the target democraphic of the Gameboy Advance are avid fans of the 2004 NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series. I'd be very surprised if they sold more than 5000 of these things.

Are they really so complicated that I have to buy an extra manual from a 3rd party? Normally Apple's products have a reputation of being easy to use.

If expiration dates on gift certificates are banned, how do they determine when a gift certificate is 'unclaimed'?
Options dilute the value of the company stock, and since shareholders are the owners of a company it only makes sense to list them as expenses.
