    I suspect they'll revoke it based on the performance requirements, citing their whims.

    3d by nvidia seems to require twice the graphics performance to hit 60fps - aka you have to do 120FPS and alternate it between each eye.

    PS3 at this point is old hardware, to push it further with 3d will probably necessitate a hardware upgrade (PS4).

    hahahaha what? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parallax says that it involves stereoscopy or two viewpoints.

    Parallax is an apparent displacement or difference in the apparent position of an object viewed along two different lines of sight, and is measured by the angle or semi-angle of inclination between those two lines.

    Nobody talked about the guy moving around, especially considering archery.

    as others indicated, same here. lots of us are fucked with IE6 or apps that don't render properly in anything other than IE. Example: some parts of oracle.

    Seriously, they're a big company, they can focus on more than one thing at a time

    you forgot the word successfully. The reason is because although some companies can focus on spreading out their efforts, BP is not doing so in an ethical/good way.

    searching for oil spill inforrmation pertaining to BP is now harder to find legitimate results. I hope someone runs a bot to up their costs per click a whole ton.

    it's one thing to intercept, it's another to decode.

    Neither are impossible, and both are hard to prove unless someone admits it or is caught in the act.

    As was noted, this is broadcasted unencrypted information they obtained. Anyone else could have. Going after google is just going after the easy target.

    have you ever read the signs where you can get on a highway? it says: not for pedestrian/bike traffic on the ones that aren't approved for it.

    getting hit on one of those? yeah, don't be surprised.

    meanwhile, the warning probably exists when the maps program is installed and maybe not when you pull up directions directly.

    This is just a smear lawsuit/attempt to gain cash for an idiotic choice by a pedestrian.

    Well, thats why I want to know. It's not at all unknown for them to handpick the samples. I remember some recent controversy about this with somebody, I forgot if it was Nvidia, AMD, or Intel, or all of them in general.

    The sites with the great results seem to say "this kick ass", and the ones without are meh, so it doesn't seem to be indicative of whether this processor is even worth it or not, all things taken into consideration.

    I don't know. Honestly? When I read your comment of "Winmo7 should have IE9 on it" I get an immediate reaction from my common sense saying "WHHHYYYYY????" assuming that's a horrible idea.

    Maybe it's the fact that it's not even *out* yet. When it's out? Sure. It should be using current software though, aka full IE8 capability.

    It'll still be way behind unless they left a way to add further HTML5/other web standards compliance once released. Very simply put, make it pass the ACID3 test.
