Ukraine had no legal process to remove an elected president involuntarily prior to the end of his term.
Which does not apply in this case since Yanukovych ordered his Berkut security forces to open fire and murder dozens of protestors.
At that point the Ukrainian parliament abandoned him because of his criminal acts. His next step was to flee into the arms of Putin.
Since a), Yanukovych committed a crime (the order to murder civilians who were protesting his actions) and b) he fled the country, there was no need to remove him from office. He willingly removed himself by his actions.
As to the supposed undue American influence, I guess letting people know living under freedom is better than living under the boot heel of Russian oppression might, in some twisted fashion, be considered undue influence.
So it's like Obamneycare where I don't have a choice whether or not I want to give my money to a private company. I'm forced to do so and if choose not to do so the government will reach into my bank account and forcibly extract the money.
And yet, people keep claiming Uber is not a tax service.
If they're not a taxi service then drivers should be able to charge what they want without the company dictating the fares, nor have Uber take money from them for each ride.
How is it "ridesharing" if you specifically call someone to come pick you up, take you to a specific destination they were not going to, give them money to compensate them for their time AND give them a tip, as well as rate them on their service?
Uber is a taxi service and no amount of Russian-handwaving* will make it otherwise.
*Russia claims it's not invading Ukraine yet it's lost nearly 2,000 troops who were "on vacation" in Ukraine, has barred the mothers of dead soldiers from speaking out about their son's deaths and when its soldiers have been captured claim they weren't really Russian soldiers because they left the service the day before they were captured.
My advice is to pick a commonly used distro with good documentation and more importantly a good community.
So none them.
Be polite and try not to be stupid or lazy if you can help it
Strike 1.
try to read documentation,
Strike 2. (see above)
and always do a search before you ask a question (it's faster than waiting for a forum response anyway).
Strike 3. I'm outta here.
The whole point of asking questions is because one doesn't know and/or hasn't been able to find the answer elsewhere. Sometimes you find the answer but it's so convoluted you still don't know how to do what is being said (I've seen tons of such documentation).
Considering everyone at some point in their lives has asked a stupid question, telling someone who doesn't know the answer not to ask a stupid question is essentially telling them not to bother asking in the first place.
This is one of many reasons there will never a Year of Linux on the desktop.
This is really no different than in the past when a child would wander away from the group/outside the cave and get eaten by a wolf/bear/other hungry animal. Those who were lucky or smart enough not to get eaten passed on their genes. Those who weren't, didn't.
Same thing here. Only the method of demise is different.
No, I'm smarter than you think because I don't record myself doing stupid things or endangering others.
It can't be used against them due to the fifth ammendment.
The Fifth Amendment says nothing about you displaying to the world your own words and deeds of your own volition.
Would you rather have freedom or nanny-state communism?
This had nothing to do with the government. She willingly and of her own free will posted this for everyone to see. The government only got involved because she was endangering those around her and she admitted it without coercion.
But then I'll bet you're one of those who thinks it's great the government has told people they must hand over their money to a private company whether they want to or not.
(unfortunately this method doesn't help consumers outside of health insurance).
Especially when people are forced to hand over their money to private companies whether they want to or not. Wouldn't want people to have a choice in how to spend their own money, would we?
So Amazon, or whomever, lets 1.5 million personal medical records get into the wild. Will there be Congressional investigations considering this is substantially more than what happened to the IRS?
Where were the investigations about Target and its breach of 40 MILLION credit and debit card numbers?
Or is this simply another example of private industry doing it better than government?
Why should I pay for your health insurance if I have no say in how you live? Don't you think I should be able to get the most bang for my buck?
If I am not that important than neither are you. My money should not be forcibly taken from me to provide for people who A) do not have change their lifestyles and so can continue sucking at the teet of others while they eat all the wrong foods, never exercise, do drugs, regularly get drunk and/or are obese. Those are the choices they made so I should not be penalized for their choices.
B) Your conception of choice is fatally flawed. Just because one did not have health insurance does not mean they couldn't have received medical care. In fact, paying for health insurance, on the whole, costs more than paying for basic medical treatment out of one's own pocket.
I have an upcoming doctor's visit for which I will pay $15. However, during the entire year I will have spent over 12 times that amount for insurance which doesn't include what my employer has paid. That extra money I will never see, will never get to use and is instead, lost. Imagine what benefit that extra money could have been put to use for.
But thank you for confirming your hypocrisy that choice only matters so much when it comes to everything but ones own money. In that regard, my money isn't mine but should be forcibly taken because I'm not allowed to decide how I should live my life.
Tell me about it. Those thousands of dollars I and my employer pour down the drain every year because someone, somewhere, told me I MUST have health insurance despite it costing more for the insurance than it would for me to pay out of my own pocket.
Nope, I have no choice. I MUST hand over my money to a private company whether I want to or not.
For all the talk about choice that goes on around here (choice of OS, choice of ISP, choice of browser, etc), it's amazing how suddenly I have no choice how I'm supposed to spend my money.
A drone crashed into the seats at the U.S. Open and at a University of Kentucky football game.
So far, no one has had bodily harm from someone doing stupid things like this but, like everything else, it will happen and then the shit will hit the fan (or blood will hit the drone blades as the case may be).
that their treatments are effective, thus reducing health costs."
Never has something which is shown to be effective reduced costs. It's like being a safe driver yet your car insurance goes up every year.
The only ones who will see the savings are the companies themselves. It will not "trickle down" to us peons.
Remember how forcing people to hand over their money to private companies via Obamneycare was supposed to make health insurance less expensive? How's that working out?
Those 2% raises for staying put in one job over the years doesn't add up to much.
Oddly, people whine about government workers who get a 2% (or less) raise every year, claiming they're mooching off the taxpayer with their exorbitant salaries. I'll have to remind them of your comment.

Screw people. We're supposed to be the smart ones. If you want to spend a fortune, make your own. Don't expect someone else to spend their money the way you want.
And thus, "a well regulated militia. .." yet I don't see the NRA agreeing every person who owns a gun being regulated in any sense of the word nor claiming the same group is part of a militia and should be called up for training by the government.
After all, if you're going to call up a group of people you need to have them registered and that is the last thing the NRA wants despite what the 2nd Amendment says and implies.

Good to know the two are related.
The phrase you were looking was: Raises the question.
And yet, people keep claiming Uber is not a tax service.
If they're not a taxi service then drivers should be able to charge what they want without the company dictating the fares, nor have Uber take money from them for each ride.

Sure, if you wanted to downgrade your equipment.
If you get a Zeiss lens you don't have to worry about the autofocus motor failing.
What could possibly go wrong?
Obviously the thought never occurred that some people are able to pay their own way and don't have to leech off someone else.
No, that can never be the case. Everyone should be dependent on the government to tell them how to spend their money, right?

And yet people have no problem with Timothy McVeigh blowing up the Murrah Federal Building, white guys shooting up Jewish centers, the daily reports of shootings in every major city and even podunk cities like the one I live near, not to mention those driving pickup truck drivers randomly shooting people on the road or photographers being robbed at gunpoint.
It's only Muslims that people should be worried about.
