She's used to Windows, it's always what she uses. My brother would proabably like MacOS, but we don't own a Mac. Might I add, that on their>/i> PC, none of them run as Admin, they're Power Users, and I set what services are running.
In conclusion, there is a software/OS for everyone, and Linux isn't always it.
You have to remember, with a country with a population of 1.3 Billion, with only 100million people online, that's still just over 7% penetration. While I admit it is growing by leaps and bounds, it is by no means a large percentage compared to the US, some European nations or Japan.
