    If I have a file on my computer, say an MP3 of a hit song of my favorite band,
    and I copy it to another computer or device, I don't think of it as an original and copy cause they're both identical.

    Then you're nuts.
    Do you believe that if one is deleted, the other just disappears?
    If you use a sound editor to boost the bass on one, do you believe that the other copy's sound will change, too?

    we are now at the spot where we are going to expect vehicles to decide,
    either hit that person, or swerve or brake and injure the driver or someone else

    No need to make a person-oriented decision.
    If the car detects an obstacle, whether a child, an adult , a dog or a traffic cone,
    the car just has to solve one problem: is there a free lane that I can swerve into safely?
    If so, do it.
    If not, hit the brakes as fast and as hard as it can.

    significant evidence to support them, there would be more interest in it.
    Certainly the quoted studies are entirely irrelevant to the claims of the "electric universe" loonies.

    That's pretty much inevitable.

    You don't need to train the AI to recognize every object, but identify what is an object even if the machine learning can't recognize what that object is

    How can a ML system recognize "object" as an abstract concept?
    Abstraction is a higher-order brain function that is far above mechanical pattern recognition, and that is all a neural network is.

    I don't see how that conclusion is justified, given that we are just scratching the surface in understanding how living neurons work.
