    Oil companies receive huge tax breaks (which most definitely are a form of subsidy) to "encourage" further exploration.

    "Encouraging" something (renewable energy) by raising taxes on everything else (non-renewable energy) is social engineering in its purest form.
    And there is nothing wrong with that.

    You clearly know nothing about brute-force code breaking.

    To brute-force a 4096-bit key pair in a reasonable time would require not acres of computers,
    but entire galaxies composed of nothing but computers.
    And these computers would have to be able to communicate with each other instantly
    and not be limited by the speed of light.

    The Miller-Uray experiment showed basically nothing.

    Only simple amino acids were produced, and had they been formed outside of a laboratory,
    they would have immediately begun to decompose back into the original chemicals.
    This cycle would have repeated endlessly.

    How they went on to form the more and more complex molecules needed for life is still unknown.

    All computers make decisions. That's what a program is: a series of loops and decisions.

    Dropping a bunch of robots programmed to act like berserker killing machines on a country
    would serve as a much better terror weapon than dropping bombs.

    Trouble is, the "polygraphers" in the police department have a vested interest in keeping the bullshit
    going (it is their livelihood) and have probably talked themselves into believing that it is real via confirmation bias.
