    First, the amount of hover usage in flash isn't that great. There are tons of completely static animations that don't have any interaction of any sort.

    These two statement have nothing to do with each other. I am sure there are tons of static flash, there are also tons of flash that uses hover. If you look at video controls, a lot more than tons.

    You N900 is an ugly hack.

    We all know Apple bans Flash because it would allow third party apps that don't have to forfeit 30% of revenue to Apple.
    No, we don't all know that, because it is completely wrong. You can already release apps for the iphone/ipad FOR FREE, where apple gets $0. In fact, the lose money, from the hosting costs. You can even put in ads, where you get ALL THE MONEY.

    People don't want it to use all of their ram, when they have no apps open, do they?? They don't mind when they are running PS, Firefox, etc... if all there ram is used. But when they haven't started anything yet, it can be a little confusing.

    It is a way more complicated issue than this. The fact is, that a few people really want there to be big payouts, and they are the ones in charge. Lot of people sort of don't want payouts, they don't really care, at least not enough to do anything about it.

    This is how democracy works as well. Most people don't care, they a get a vote every few years, that makes them feel important.

    To be fair, there wasn't much competition to Star Wars at the time, and it was the first big Space opear. Now, there is loads of competition, lots of movies with great effects that get kids going, and loads of different franchises.

    You can't fairly compare Star Wars and Ep 1.

    That said, I think ep1 was a pile of garbage. Never have kids in sci-fi movies, nobody find that cute.

    Pubs have a certain responsibilty for drunk drivers in certain states in Australia. If you keep serving someone who is drunk, and they get in an accident, you are partly culpable.

    If there is less than 100 people signed up for the class, it is possible to publish an app to each of those devices. Not even that difficult to do actually. And it doesn't cost any extra to do that, all you need is one developer license.
