Postal Voting should not be allowed at all, forget 100%. Postal Voting does not provide Secret Ballot.
Assume, someone is either paying your or threatening you to vote for Candidate X. At the voting booth, you could still go ahead and vote for Candidate Y without him being any wiser.
This gets compromised in Postal Voting (and Internet Voting). The guy can make sure you vote for him.
I find the Windows Phone's default swipe keyboard to be the best I have used. I find it marginally better than both HTC's swipe keyboard and also Google's keyboard.
First off, we need a name. A loose collection of good ideas doesnât generally get much traction in the world. There has to a be a name, a brand, to hang it on. Let's call it:
The GROWSâ Method.
GROWS in this case is an acronym, for GRowing Real-World Oriented Working Systems. It's an idea Jared Richardson and I (Andy Hunt) have been working on.
New books to be written and sold, new training programs, new seminars. That's the reason there has to be a new methodology every decade.
Will be difficult for Skype to take this risk - they aren't that big in India. But I bet that if WhatsApp blocks Airtel IPs for just 1 days, airtel would see 100% of their users typing up airtel's customer service lines to ask why they cannot access WhatsApp. But I doubt if WA has the guts to try something like this.
The car insurance people also probably said no to all those people who called them and asked them if they could park it in a theatre showing the movie.
Are there any other countries in the world which do not enforce Voter ID for voting. I am pretty sure most of Europe and Asia insists on Identification before voting.
I am not an American. I was shocked when I first realised that the US doesn't need ID for voting.
I think this question is not right for SO. It can be closed under different reasons - Primarily Opinion Based - Too Broad - Questions asking us to recommend or find a book, tool, software library, tutorial or other off-site resource are off-topic for Stack Overflow as they tend to attract opinionated answers and spam. Instead, describe the problem and what has been done so far to solve it.
I don't have a SO login in this machine. But as soon as I get on my other machine, I am planning to do a close vote on this question.

Isn't T-Mobile Binge On also doing the same thing - http://www.t-mobile.com/offer/...
Why are they allowed to do it?

Not really true. The Sikh Khalistan terrorists assassinated Indira Gandhi, the Prime Minister of India. They also killed a lot of others in India.

Been using a Windows phone for more than a year now. Won't go back to Android.
Why?
The fool thinks the only reason for normalization is to save space.
How does this have anything to do with 'Free Speech' (considering the conventional usage of that term)?
What's wrong with 2 biologically related gay people marrying?

What do they produce?
Are they danceable cables? At 2750$ per meter.

They are both actually the same person.
Running Security Essentials + MalwareBytes for close to 5 years now.
nVidia founders seem to be ex-Sun and ex-AMD engineers. They seem to have no connection to SGI.

They shut down paid lifetime accounts earlier.
So just make sure you will understand it. Others need not.

Who decides what someone is worth?
If there is a minimum wage law, it means employers may be forced to pay someone more than what they think that person is worth.
If there is a maximum wage law, it means employers may be forced to pay someone less than what they think that person is worth.
Most closed questions are closed by regular users not moderators. I think you need 3000 points as a user to have a close vote.
