Ground Control to Major Tom!!

And whats the most dangerous part about working at a nuclear fired power plant ?
The same thing as any other power plant.
Steam leaks.
At least it is according to the 45min OSHA video and 30min Plant Safety video I had to sit through in order to set foot on the site to do work.
There is a place in the Movie the Evil Dead II that can be used to sync up exactly with the first "Evil Dead" movie to combine the both.
At the end of Evil Dead, Ash is walking out alone, in the morning, when the deamon *camera* comes towards him, through the house, he screams and all goes black.
In Evil Dead II, after the girlfriend is killed by the playing of the reel to reel, the next morning he is out behind the shack, and same sequence, demon *camera* comes through the house, but this time he is grabbed, flown through the trees and christmas lights.. etc etc.
For a Halloween party one year I matched those shots from the end of I and near start of II to make one long VHS marathon movie that played for nearly 3 hours. Yes, you do miss the intro and beginnings of the 2nd movie, but the story from that point seems to sync up pretty flawless until near the end when the playing of the reel to reel comes back into it.
But for purity yes, both movies are essentially the same exact damn movie. One, the first, leans towards, kids in the woods partying, get killed. The 2nd movie is more along the lines of Man and woman in the woods, woman is killed man goes nutty insane by morning. Hence the Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn.
Even at one point in BOTH movies the SAME Necklace chain with spyglass is arranged to make a skull. Also note in both movies the car they arrive in is the exact same one.
It was XP SP2 Release Candidate Two that was the issue.
The issue was related to the Dell computers that have the pre-installed pre-autorized XP on them, those people were installing the RC2 and going to Windows Update and were locked out. Not permanantly, all you had to do was uninstall the RC2 and wait for final.
No one must have paid attention to XP SP2 RC2 when it came out because it was blocking certain Corp Keys on Windows Update.
MS looks at 2 keys on your computer not just 1.
One being the product code key, the other is the Product ID# located in the System Properties Tab.
In it you have a string of numbers, the 2nd set was the most important for Corp Key users. When testing RC2 if you didn't have a Corp Key that fell inbetween 640-644 then you couldn't use windows update. End of Story.
There is a keygen available where you can specify what number to keep that 2nd set between in the PID# when generating a Key for the product. By keeping the numbers around 640 and changing your XP Key by using the instructions on MS's own damn web site, then you could again use Windows Update.
So yes, MS is very aware of what users are using Corp XP.
It might seem easy, but it isn't, or rather, wasn't.
They already tried this with XP SP2 RC2. And there's a big reason it didn't work out. I cannot verify this off hand but will assert it being true that many Dell OEM and other OEM liscenses were puking back at the user that their keys were pirated after installing RC2 and going to the windows update site. So don't believe the bullshit that MS wanted everyone, even pirates, secure.
Dude, you are scaring me, no really.
Cause that is the exact same thing i use to sign up for shiz online. Well sometimes i get frisky and put Rodeo Dr.
I agree, the landmass argument is so tired. It's not like we need broadband running out to all those agricultural acres in the Plain states do we ?
The 2nd most tiring argument is profit. Yes all businesses are in it for the profit. But here is how it currently stands: They don't want to serve certain non-dense areas because of shortterm profit loss. They don't want muni's to serve themselves because of the risk of future profit loss. So in the end they spend money hand over fist to stop the muni's from happening and then drag their feet to offer service in that area. Which by god, has got to result in.. well.. profit loss.
And this is the business sense of these monopolists? And people seem to wholeheartly support this? When if we they would just gear up for a massive broadband rollout for the entire nation it just might create some fucking jobs, and in the end be profitable. But that just might make too much goddamn sense.
Best place to go ask that would be over at DSLreports.com aka BroadbandReports. The have specialists over in their forums who can answer most questions regarding almost all VoIP providers. Only thing i can remember about reading up on Vonage is that some people have had problems with their tech support/billing.
I'm currently trying to get SpeakEasy's ONELink DSL service where Covad has their own phone line run to your house to provide DRY pair DSL. You don't have to pay for that line (its inclusive in the $55.95 monthly DSL price) and you can get VoIP on it and drop your POTS line. If i can get the OneLink I am considering doing this.
You can also connect more than one phone to the VoIP blackbox, in fact it can be wired into your homes phone system if you are savvy enough. It does have limitations on how many phones can be hooked up and have ringers on, too many and none of the phones will ring. But if you have one of those cordless base stations that can handle several handsets then you are golden.
Living my life, one day to the next. Some say you better get a plan. Traveling state to state in nothing but my truck. I'm doing the best that i can. I got a woman at my side, she brings out my pride. I'm doing the best that i can, Cause Now I'm a Man.
What makes a man ? Is it the power in his hands ? Is it his quest for glory ? Give it all you got, to fight to the top. So we can know your story.
Now you're a man a man man man. Now you're a man a mounie mounie man. A moun moun moun. Now you're a MAN.
What makes a man ? Is it the woman in his arms ? Just cause she's got big titties ? Or is it the way that he fights everyday ? Nah, its probably the titties..
Now you're a man a man man man. Now you're a man a mounie mounie man. A moun moun moun. You are now a man. A Man..
Living my life, one day to the next. Some say you better get a plan. Traveling state to state with nothing but my thoughts. I'm doing the best that I can. With a woman at my side, who takes my fucking pride. I tell you i don't give a damn, cause now I'm a man.
Sorry but i misposted, was strapped for time.
But having used oxygen and acetylene torches in the past you can take a lighter and put it in front of the torch end with the acety off and with the oxy stream pointed along the path of the flame get about a 2-3 foot burst of flame from the lighter. Which will afterwards extinuish the lighter because the current amout of fuel from the lighter cannot sustain that. But thats enough to burn someones face and hair fully, and as you said ignite other sources around the oxy user.
It's not easy to make an oxygen tank explode. In fact you would have to wrap the tank with some other type of powerful explosives to actually detonate the tank itself. These tanks are built to be able to withstand alot of abuse. Seeing a hollywood hero shoot one to make it explode is just plain hollywood foolishness. You are in more danger of knocking the valve off the top and turning the tank into a projectile, thats why all tanks ship with a valve protector on top.
The flammable danger comes from the gas inside, and that many people who use these tanks are in some stage of respritory illness, usually from smoking. Thats why when you hear of people being burned badly from these tanks its usually when they were pulling the mask away to light a cigarette igniting the gas coming from the mask which then acts as a blow torch.
