    Unfortunately the mirror is only 5 MHz and made of. But they at least use ICs and a shit ton of duct tape.

    Sleeping and eating? Sometimes I pull 12 hour gaming sessions. I don't think I could do this with cordless.

    Though... perhaps if I had two and used them up as hot swappable hids.

    And for me batteries suck. Use whatever you deem fit.

    I didn't say everyone with a mouse should upgrade to a 510. I just wanted to make the point that it was the very first mouse I owned that did not skip with very high acceleration.

    I always had problems with mice skipping when I moved them too fast. Then I bought the MX510. As I am concerned it is pointless for me to get a higher resolution mouse and now that they are $30 on newegg there is no reason to not at least achieve that level of performance.

    Your user interface is far too complex. Although fine under normal operating conditions, your system becomes unreliable once the user is shitfaced.

    My roommate just made a drink mixer using a basic stamp and 4 aquarium pumps. It worked pretty well and now we are working on version 2.

    Version 2 will be controlled by parallel port and could scale up to 12 bottles.

    Actually...

    On my Server 2003 EE install, after a kernel crash it did a full memory dump to disk and asked me if I wanted to send an error report to microsoft on my next boot.

    Having never experienced a kernel crash in linux...

    Why?

    What operating system are you having trouble installing a card in?

    If you have a nVidia card you can install it in FreeBSD / Windows / Linux / OSX / Solaris 10 (soon) and get the full hardware accelleration.

    Sure the drivers are closed source but I for one do not care.

    I just don't understand how open source drivers for my nVidia graphics card would help me. I guess it's because I am not too lazy to type: "emerge nvidia-glx nvidia-kernel" and edit 5 lines in my x.org config file.
