    And get weird behavior where you need to click play, which sets it to pause, then play again to get it to play, and sometimes messes up animated gif.

    All in all works great though, fuck autoplay.

  2. Am pretty happy with sling. A bundle sure, but the bundle contains the 4 or 5 channels that I may ever watch. Easier to flip past 10-15 crap channels than 150 crap channels, especially on the relatively nice Roku interface instead of crappy 1980's cable box interface. Doubt any a la catre option would be cheaper than $20 for those channels anyway. As much as cable channels want you to pay, even free viewers make them money, hence bundles.

    I beg to differ, had to uninstall their app and cancel their subscription that I was otherwise quite happy with because their shitty app kept draining my battery even when not in use. (on lollipop)

    I do all of my development in a Linux VM on Windows host.

    The things I need windows for sometimes don't work well in VM, (games) the things I need Linux for mostly do. ..and (thankfully) I didn't trust MS not to fuck up a dual boot setup during an update.
