A week in a decent Paris hotel would cost something north of $2000 by itself.
    That is complete BOLLOCKS.

Like the rest of your post. To spent $1000 for one single week on meals you need to spent obviously $1000/7 or $1000/6 divide again by 2 for two meals per day and then by 2 for 2 persons: that would be around $45 per person and meal. If you really want to spent that much you are already dining like a God in France. If you really want to spent absurd mounts on meals, you still would likely only spent â12 per person for lunch and then you are free to spent â65 per person for dinner. For that price you have minimum 3 bottles of wine, entree, main course, dessert, apéritif and digestive. I'm not really sure you want to drink 3 bottles of wine with your wife during a dinner though.

Ofc: you can always go into an absurd expensive restaurant to make your argument right.

Also the airfair from a decent american destination can hardly be over $500 per person.

If you spent more than $2000 for a week for 2 persons, for flight, hotel and meals: you seriously are doing something wrong. If you want to spent more you are free to do that in Museums, Opera, Theatre, Disney World, but a reasonable tourist couple hardly, very hardly can get above $3000.

Just exchange the ctrl key for the command key. 99% of the time it is even the sameckey binding. E.g. ctrl-F for find is cmd-F in OS X, obviously.
You can even remap ctrl to cmd and and vive versa. (System preferences)
However remapping the keys wont help you in a shell/Terminal.app as ctrl keys have a defined meaning in a terminal/shell.

  5. Depends on the degree of dislexia, I guess.
My dislexia is bottom line to my advantage. I read about 4-5 times as fast as 'mormal' people and spelling mistakes dint stop me. As a mistake like dint/dont my brain does not even recognize. And if there would be a reading stop, because a typo stops me cold, it is usually obvious that i and o are just one key appart and that dint was supposed to mean dont.
However my school life was pure hell. Teachers asking me how to spell something and I spelled it right and then asking me why I wrote it wrong.
I simply did not comprehend what they where aiming for. How the fuck should I know why I write a word wrong from which I know perfectly well how it is spelled?
My parents where to dumb to get me attested as dyslexia, would have helped me a lot. Instead they beat me when I came how with another failed spelling test ...
(In German, Finish, Italian, Greek, Korean, Japanese words are spelled exactly how they are pronounced with very very few exceptions ... so writing correct is not that hard, nevertheless we have plenty of people who 'see different' what is written, and accidentally mix in a letter or something that is supposed to be in a word two or three words ahead)

Actually this did not happen since decades. So?
And actually, you can be punished in your country for the same things, as soon as the victim sues you. The difference is marginal ... you seem not to get that.

The German government massively subsidizes and supports certain politically connected and favored religions while denouncing others.
That is a myth. There is no state / government money going to any religious organization in Germany.

as a German tax payer, you are even required to declare your religion to the government.
Yes, because if you are protestant or catholic on the tax paper you pay a fraction of your taxes as church tax. That is why everyone puts there a "no religion". And if you are from any other religion, you pay no church tax at all, so you simply check "other" ... no idea why you think this restricts your freedom.
However there are people like me, who simply quit church at age of 14 when we can decide by law about our religion by our selves. Which has the nice side effect that we have not to go to the 2 or 3 hours religion school classes per week anymore. So, if you want to talk about religious freedom: children under 14 can be forced by law or parents to go to religion classes. No idea how that is in your country.

And the fact that you ignorantly try to defend this crap shows how little Germans have learned, and how much of the old Nazi structures survive in Germany.
This is an idiotic claim as there is no logical or rational conclusion between the two things. Especially when you consider that in the USA you likely ave more Nazis than Germany has population ... KKK etc. or call they themselves KKC ... no idea.

The German army/navy/air force is not very big, but belongs to the finest. And most of our stuff is designed for "home defense" and not to bomb third world countries into the Stone Age. In other words, systems like our helicopters and missiles are designed for our terrain. Heavy infantry etc. is basically anti tank defense.

Even if you turn off all your power tomorrow, it doesn't mean anything. We all share the same air.
It would change a lot. That is why you are not very smart. You still forget: 75% of all CO2 pollution comes form USA, EU, and niche countries like Kuwait, Russia ofc. If the developed world would over night go to ZERO CO2 (and Germany plans to reach that till 2030 at the earliest and 2050 at the latest) then only 25% is left. That is a HUGE difference.

You REALLY fucking suck at math, you have no idea what it will take to stop CO2 rise in the air, it is simply not going to be stopped.
Of course it will be stopped. Either when all energy production is green SOON, or after the fall of mankind when people only can burn wood. I hope / assume there is some middle ground in between. E.g. plenty of asian countries could install off shore wind plants. Some are experimenting with it.
