Any hardware that windows 7 DOESN'T RUN ON IT to the point the install refuses, is on the edge of physical death and true obsolescence. Any company stuck in that era isn't agile enough to be terribly competitive and will fail in time.
I'd actually love to see something like a tablet that has some kind of weak Core M but can dock to a device that chills it and attaches a GPU and unlocks it's own TDP to suddenly be a full fledge desktop speed broadwell.
If 15.04 really were a beta for 16.04, it would be called THE FUCKING 16.04 BETA.

AMD really turned it around in 2013 and 2014. Ubuntu 14.04 LTS runs 1000% rock solid on an A4-5000 APU with open drivers.
