Actually, there are many ways to do 360 video in stereo, however the eye separation (direction/slant) is always determined when the video is generated. This means that when you move/tilt your head, the eye separation will be wrong.

In US the faith in God will make market stop doing bad things. Only atheists can do bad things without consequences. That's why, for example, the law says that the president has to be Christian. The law should of course say that any company leader also must be, then we wouldn't have had this mess.

In sane systems (eg here)there is a clause allowing copying for interoperability. Without that I see no reason why they shouldn't sue if someone copies their API definitions.

In europe rules protect the individuals from compaies. In US rules help companies skrew individuals.
