Actually, there are many ways to do 360 video in stereo, however the eye separation (direction/slant) is always determined when the video is generated. This means that when you move/tilt your head, the eye separation will be wrong.
Dome production solve this in different ways but it's never real VR. It's typically based on the principle that the dome audience look mostly forwards.
I've tried the technology and it provides nice feedback! The problem then was that your finger would vibrate at a lower frequency, actually emitting audible noise.
Computers are very capable of dividing by zero. It is well defined by the floating point standard. It's just that Windows per default set a flag that doesn't allow this.
According to the bug seeding technique for estimating the confidence of software (e.g Pfleeger) you would have to seed even the simplest program with an infinite amount of bugs and then have your test team find them all before you can statistically guarantee that the program is bugfree.
You could think that, but you would be wrong. Privacy is an important pillar in any functioning democracy. Read up on historical event to see this proven again and again.

I used to use Google services for most things, however my experience from earlier IT moves (dot com crash, "free life time" email addresses, etc) forced me to anticipate a speedy change of climate so I'm prepared and remove most data from their services at the moment.
I hear this from time to time, especially during classes in pedagogics for higher education, however every alternative that has been proposed is conveying knowledge better but takes more time or covers less topics.
In US the faith in God will make market stop doing bad things. Only atheists can do bad things without consequences. That's why, for example, the law says that the president has to be Christian. The law should of course say that any company leader also must be, then we wouldn't have had this mess.
This started off as a joke but maybe libertians faith in other people's faith is part of the problem?
In sane systems (eg here)there is a clause allowing copying for interoperability. Without that I see no reason why they shouldn't sue if someone copies their API definitions.
I think that TSA &co are fully aware that it's pretty much the same thing or else it would already have been forbidden to bring the phone and/or computer.
I hope they follow local laws. They are not in Sweden as far as I know but because of our history of registering a lot about people we have strikt laws about what you may register and this is not legal here.
It sounds a bit like someone has picked one single aspect of Virtual Reality (VR) and chose to forgot the immense amount of research put into the subject.
Why, then, are Windows machines never responding to ping calls? This has been the case at least on all networks I've been on. Did the patch of Windows simply turn off the ping server service?
It could be used as a proof for intelligent design but it would be false since the "heaven" is still throwing the rocks at Earth. Hmmm... this would mean that God still doesn't think she succeeded to create intelligent life on Earth:-)
Isn't it legal speak for "hmmm... but... if we deny this, won't you just keep asking the same thing about all companies until we say that we can't comment?"
