The reason people come back to MacShits is pretty simple. Much like tobacco, the first puff usually makes one cough their heart out... but we see a lot of smokers around. I would imagine that while eating it all the time makes a person feel unpleasant in a certain way, which they get used to over the years. Then when the crap-filled food is missing, they feel even worse as it shocks their bodies, so to them, the fastfood makes them feel relatively better. That's why it's pretty much concidered an addiction.

I have a hard time finding the reference, but to add to the same line of thought... mathematics is a window into into the nature of your own imagination. If you concider a triangle, for instance... mathematics is already there to tell you about that triangle's properties once you have decided on the initial object. You can effectively say, I have "this" triangle, and the language is shaped such that other properties of the triangle, not explicitly defined, become rather obvious. Like the root of a word. It is a language that shapes thought.

Weed had been observed to increase brain cell growth, not inhibit it. While I won't say that it means this or that, that is at least something worth concidering. After all, food alters your mood and perception, and I don't think you wish to argue that it has no virtue in helping someone in their creativity. No one knows for sure, but to dismiss it completely is probably premature.

You are trying to apply logic to insanity. The psychopath never accepts that they are a psychopath. They truly believe they are normal. Other people simply do not exist, and everything is some sort of extension of themselves, therefore must bend to his/her will. I consider it to be one of the most primal insanities, dangerous because it is somewhat a regressed version of a human being: Retaining the ability to think, but loosing all the social constructs of the mind.
