Why would the have a different license? I suspect the end user license unintentionally exludes tablets. I think that's an error on their part and they just have not figured it out yet.

Correct, there, Tablet's are allowed. But in Flash 7 end user license, tablets are not. 2 different licenses with different terms.

It specifically prohibits tablets however. So if you are running a tablet-pc, you can't run it. The embedded OS is an "or" so it's not referring to some tablet with embedded. The way it reads means any tablet. That's probably not what they intended, but it is what the license says.

Someone there needs to get their licenses straight.

He never had sex with her... He got a BJ. Why are BJ's called "Oral Sex". FYI, if you are in a relationship, go get one from someone else then tell your partner it's not sex and see what happens. http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=blow%20jo b "Definition: an act or instance of oral sex; fellatio" Honestly I don't care if Clinton got a BJ, that's between him, Monica and his wife. I do care that he got one from an intern working under him (sexual harrassment anyone), while discussing classified troop movements with other government officials. Last time I checked, Monica doesn't have security clearance for that. He then commits perjury as well as tampering with a witness by trying to get her to lie about it. Now... Lets assume you aren't president for a moment.. You get caught getting a BJ from an intern working for you IN YOUR OFFICE at work. Tell me you still have a job the next day. On the WMD's. You're right.. G.W. Bush made that all up. In fact he used secret government time machines to make the UN say it for years, to make John Kerry say it for years and in fact advocate troops in Iraq back when Clinton was president. He made Clinton say it for years. He made most governments say it for years. And of course he faked the chemical weapons attacks on Iraqi people... All so that he would have a cover story years later when he got elected. Why is it everyone else was correct when they said it, but Bush lied when he said it? Answer this.. We know Saddam had WMD's because he used them. Where did they go? You can hide a lot of stuff during the years that UN inspectors were kicked out of Iraq, in violation of UN resolutions... Now back to the issue at hand. What needs to be factually established for Rove to have broken the law are the following. 1) Was she an undercover agent at the time of his statement. 2) Was he aware she was an undercover agent and did he knowingly divulge this information with the purpose of outing her. If those conditions are not met, he did not break the law. The person who helped write that law doesn't even believe he broke it.

I remember way back Intel had this prototype system, it was in a pyramid shaped box and it had no legacy hardware whatsoever in it. They showed Windows booting on it in seconds and said this could be the future of where things were going, a sealed box that the user would never open up.. (Not a good idea in a lot of respects). What ever happened to that? There's no reason to put floppy controllers on most boards these days. You can get a USB floppy if you really really need one. Likewise, for 90% of the population they could get away with no serial/parallel ports. (There's way to much scientific equipment however that still relies on these interfaces... I'm so sick to death of parallel port dongles by companies too lazy to come up with a USB version)

2 2GHZ processors does not equal 4GHZ. The percent performance gain for each additional processor is rarely even close to it's ghz rating, and it goes down sharply for each additional processor. You have things such as system bus and memory contention when you add multiple processors as well. AMD does a far better job with this in regards to the Opteron than Intel does with the Xeon. I think Apple/AMD would make a very interesting combination.

Sure 300dpi is better if you have it side by side to compare to 150 and look close but most people won't notice if you just give them one or the other. So for us, it's jeans and a company polo type shirt, where as the busines professionals that deal with clients have a higher standard of dress. Basically you as an individual are free to do whatever you want to your body.. That comes with the understanding that if you have your face tatoed and 30 studs in your head, places may not likely want to hire you. You need to weigh how important those things are to you vs what you want to achieve in life and whether or not those choices will hinder you in what you seek to do.
