Its not my business to know if they are taking drugs recreationally or not, is my business if they are coming into work under the influence of drugs.

There is a big difference in recreational drug use and a drug habbit, I have worked promoting safe partying at rave parties, there are a huge amount of people who excell at their work, but participate in recreational drug consumption.

I don't see it as any different and going out on the weekend to get blind drunk. What you do in your sparwe time is your own business, as long as you don't bring it into the work place.

Although the network has a much larger range then WiMax, the bandwidth won't be cheap and it looks like Australia is going to go through the same crap it has gone through Wired Broadband, suffering poor bandwidth at high prices and a very slow adoption rate.

Hopefully startup's like Unwired who are investing in WiMax infrastructure manage to get enough business before thier costs send them broke, its hard competing with monopolies like Telstra, but if Australian communications are to have any decent competitive future it has to be done.

I think this is more a problem with girls, then it is with boys, when I was 9 a female friend of mine began puberty very early, she started developing breasts & began her period, for her the next couple of years were very traumatic as she was victimised by other girls & picked on by boys because of her funny bodily changes, entering high school she was extremly depressed & paranoid about herself.

In early high school, she had problems with her sexuality, related to her depression & self image she didn't care what she did & ended up becoming sexually active more out of lack of care, she had been taught about it but because of her traumatic time of enterting puberty early it had made her self-destructive.

Hitting puberty early can increase the risk of early exposure to sex, but the biggest factor is the lack of education provided to people, my friend had explained what had happened to her & that it was normal but it didn't help that nearly everybody else didn't have puberty explained properly for another few years, it was all a big joke but to my friend it was serious and if everyone had been educated a little earlier she may have not had the problems later in life.

I'm currently completing my MCSE & then aim to move onto CISCO & Citrix.

Because we specialise in medicine, at the same time I am learing specialist software & how everything works in a Medical Practice, these skills are not easy to come by so my employer realises it is more cost effective to train me up through the business.

All this training I have had to negotiate myself with my employer, I have had to agree to conditions on pay and also have performance conditions on my exams, I have to be able to show my employer that what I am learning is a benefit to the company & good for the business.

For my job I think the negotiation process has been good, because it has helped me get what I want & also its good for my employer aswell.

If there was a quick fix to heart problems, how many people would change their lives? Would they improve their quality of living or would they simply just resume their old ways & end up having to have the procedure again at the expense of the public health system.

Im all for ways of improving our chance of living through medicine, but there are a lot of people who bring upon these conditions because of their own lazyness & over-indulgence. Fixing their hearts won't nessesarily make them want to improve other area's of their life which created the heart problem in the beginning.

With medicine getting better & much more serious conditions being able to be fixed a lot easier, what are the social implications of this, humans are lazy, would it help create a society of people less concerned about their health? And what would that cost?

With the cheaper tablewines though this will probably be good for business, wine won't have to be stored as long and better products can be served to the market. I like table wine and I have found there are some really good ones & really bad ones, something like this could improve the overall quality of the cheaper wines & make it a lot eaiser to find a good cheap wine.

With boutique beer becoming more popular & mixed drinks going into more exotic flavours and still being sold at really cheap prices, improved table wine quality would help it compete against these products.
