"The Australian Greens and Democrats voted against the bill, saying it would impact on freedom of speech and media diversity on the internet."
Strange that they should say that, especially when we don't have freedom of speech in our bill of rights.
Yup that's true. It's to warn girls of perverts. I remember watching a show (in Japan) whiched showed how easy it was to use camera phones and go to print club booths in game centres to snap pictures. That's why the large game centres have a separate section for women only and why the drapes go all the way to the floor.
In Melbourne, we just have psycho's dressed up as police officers doing the shooting, and killing.
I want to see a picture of their counter strike outfits. I hope they spent some money and got their stuff from a surplus/disposal shop and didn't try to make it themselves. What kind of guns did they use?
Reminds me of the quote - "Guns don't kill people, video games do" - Max Payne 2
This monitor has a 16ms pixel response time. That ultra low.
The best way to test new hardware/peripheral...try plugging in to another PC. Maybe some frigged up some settings on your current PC.
I also call it a USB Key. I'm pretty sure traditionally they were referred to with that name.
IIRC USB Key name was also used to refer to a USB dongle by some motherboard manufacturer (although if you reset the BIOS the default is to work without the USB Key)
What's the reason for it's dismal performance in the Japanese market? I'm guessing this is due to the fact that "most" Japanese don't bother with mod chips and care about the games library. Surely a good games console also needs a good library of games.
IMO, the reason it does well in other countries is because of it's inherent ease to mod and hack.
They have been advertising the 400Gb DIGA for a couple of months now in Japan. Shops have been taking orders for them also... Would you like me to send you a picture of it, Mr skeptical?
Really? Then where's Dragon Quest VIII?
