"We explored the Earth looking for women. Even went to the Moon, just to see if there was any woman there. That's why we brought that little car, why would you bring a car, unless there's some chance of going on a date? What the hell are you doing with the car on the god-damn Moon? I never was able to figure that out. You're on the Moon!!! Isn't that far enough?!
There was no more male idea in the history of the Universe, than "Why don't we fly up to the Moon and drive around?". That is the essence of male thinking right there." - Jerry Seinfeld
I'm not about to act like I know anything about this. I'm just curious to have someone elses opinion.
The moon orbits around the earth because it is in the earths gravitational field much like how earth is in the sun's gravitational field. If we begin building things on the moon would this not eventually lead to it's overall mass becoming greater thus giving the posibilty of the moon being pulled closer to the earth or possibly being thrown off (balance/it's axis)? I would imagine this would take a great deal of building and possibly having an actual civilization on the moon to do this. I'm just curious to hear your thoughts.
"the ability to designate subpoenas as secret and punish disclosure of their existence with up to one year in prison"
So would this mean if you are secretly served a subpoena and don't show up. If the courts acknowledge you didn't show up.. would they need to serve one year in prison? Or would showing up disclose the fact that you were served a subpoena? Or maybe just us talking about the existance of these secret subpoenas is enough to merit one year in prison.
I'm not going to pretend I'm a doctor or anything here. But if this suit is used to amplify signals you are sending through your nerves then might it be possible that it can relay the signal if the body can't naturally send the signal? If someone has a spinal injury and can't use his legs might this technology possibly help him communicate with his lower body. If that be the case then they might be able to move themselves with the assistance of this suit.
I feel that DNA determines many things about us but whom we become is not one of them. It is ridiculous to presume that DNA ultimately decides if someone will become the next big thinker. Nor should people believe that cloning is a way to find immortality. If two people had the exactly same set of DNA would they be the same person? No, identical twins prove this theory wrong. They are not the exact same person because they have completely different life experiences. If Hitler were to be cloned would he follow in his own footsteps? The potential is there but there is also potential that he could become a great humanitarian if he were raised differently. Everyone has potential to do something great with their lives but not everyone follows it through. The argument of would you have x person not be born is irrelevant. If Bill Gates had never been born then someone else would have made a company that makes operating systems. If Hitler had never come to power then perhaps Stalin would have tried taking over Europe. It might set a different chain of events but we wouldn't know any different.
How dare other countries not follow along with what we do or say? I for one suggest that we change the name of "Canadian Bacon" or as Canadians like to call it "Bacon" to "Freedom Bacon". I think that will get our point across nicely.
What if we use this technology to send five astronauts to the future. Only to find that the the planet is inhabited by apes and a superhuman race of men that worship an atom bomb? Prior to destroying the planet, apes discover the technology we used but enhance it so they can go back through time to modern day earth only to infect other apes with the genetic mutation.. ultimately leading to a war between humans and apes.
I am a speaker over your age range and I happen to enjoy games that don't involve cartoon like animals. I look for games that I find entertaining not just filled with gore or objectification of women. As far as your remarks go I'll assume your are making direct comments towards the GTA series. While GTA does have content you may not agree with it is a reflection of real life and it show you what the cost of attempting to live that life is. You can find the same violence on television or movies. I find any of the godfather movies or even scar face identicle. They were violent, but they also showed what was lost when they lived that life. Gta shows that if you attempt a crime the cops will come down on you hard, you lose friends and family and even risk your life. It has deeper meaning for those willing to see it.
I guess Elaines' boss on Seinfeld did have something to worry about..
I'd have to imagine keyboards are still much safer than most curancy? Imagine when you are using a keyboard you are touching everything that anyone else who has used that keyboard before has touched.. I guess it isn't as scary if it isn't applied to sex. But you have to think about it, it could be pretty gross..
Wasn't the original xbox supposed to be aimed at a more mature market? Instead here microsoft is targeting the Britany Spears/reality tv fans. Not much of a surprise but I don't think Microsoft has a clue what they are doing. They are just praying their new system doesn't lose money when it debuts like xbox 1 did.
I wouldn't hold my breath but if they plan on doing sequals perhaps they will also want to revise the movies so they live up to fans expectations. They did it with LOTR. They may just be condensing the script so it can attract people who don't want to stay for an extremely long movie they know nothing about.
I'm just simply stating that when rating movies they usually read pretty close between the lines. They would see any abuse to Amidala/Padmé from Vader as spousal abuse or possibly murder to a pregnant woman. I don't see anything right about beating any woman regardless as status of being your wife but the pregnancy tops it off in the eyes of anyone.
Could it also be because Vader might beat his pregnant wife in this film? Just a guess.
I didn't like Jar Jar either but seeing him for a single second in this film even if he is getting killed is too much screen time.
I would also at this time like to make the prediction that Vader versus Mace Windu in a pod race to the death. Why else would they have introduced pod racing to Episode 1 if they weren't going to revisit it.. Pod racing is very crucial to the star wars franchise, joking of coarse.
Where Pearl harbor went wrong was not in the acting. It was the mere fact that the movie was more about a stupid love triangle then it was about the actual attack. If a movie is called Pearl Harbor. It should be about Pearl Harbor. Otherwise call it another lame Michael Bay Movie.
Why does Michael Bay get to keep on making movies?
Remember the good ol days before grand theft auto. No body ever killed anyone and people certainly never would have stolen from someone else. Horrible game companies..
Oh yea and how did this kid get a gun? Interesting.
I'll "clone" your pet for half that..

Both Webb and Sessler are very knowledgeable in games. Since when have there been different levels of gamers. Can you really claim yourself to know everything there is to know about video games? Either you play video games or you don't. It's an absolute to be a gamer. I'm not sure where you think you get your information on Morgan. But I can guarentee that you don't have a clue what you are talking about. The only thing you've said that I can agree with is that she is attractive and she does have a fanbase. If she didn't have a fanbase then I'm sure we'd hear many more complaints about getting her replaced but for the time being with the show being moved to G4 she is actually keeping the show together by helping keep Adam on. Give her some credit, you don't like it then don't watch..
I wasn't trying to be arrogant. I think in a lot of ways you're right. But when it comes to global warming and the destruction of the ozone layer. I think those are some pretty major issues that will need people getting involved. I agree we aren't the key players. But if we want our race to continue on and our children to have a life better than ours we need to help promote that. And I say that assuming any of us will have children seeing as most of us are looking for women on Mars.
Don't you all believe we should probably try landing on something a little bit closer first? Like, I donno the Moon for starters..
But in all seriousness, why waste our time on Mars? Shouldn't we try inhabiting a planet that we can actually survive on. At the rate that our environment is being allowed to be destroyed and not looking for new sources for energy. We will probably need a new planet to inhabit. I unlike a certain person holding office don't believe the planet will resolve its own issues. Just my opinion.
The Moon Rules! #1
That reminds me..

First China now Utah.. Yea I guess that sounds about right.

That is dead on. Quantum Leap rules. But you didn't metion Al or Ziggy. Many of the leaps wouldn't have been successfull if it weren't for them.

Thats why you glad wrap the people in air tight seals.. People can't spoil if they are wrapped in plastic..
Yea, I realized my mistake after I submitted it.
