    Same here, it's sad that the fourth one was canned. One of the lead guys on the game set up an archive of the old Presto Studios webpage, along with forums and a lot of stuff that wasn't orginally available. (A mac application of Legacy of Time that uses the data files from the high res PC DVD version, for example.)

    Uh, all current Macs have power buttons, which can be held for about 5 seconds to force a shutdown. Or are you talking about Macs from 2000? (Those ones were software-controlled.)

    First of all, that beta's been free for a really long time. I've had it for months.

    Second, the website that "reported" it is a new forum that has only 1-2 posts. This is a blatant attempt at spamming the site to get more members.

    Apple's USB keyboards are quite small and include a USB hub. See if you can pick up a bunch from a school getting rid of some old ones, or eBay.

    Although I've never used it before, Nero BackItUp appears to do what you're looking for. I've bought Ahead's software many times before, and their quality is fairly good. There's a trial version, too.
