It just occurred to me to have Postfix (my mail server) deny anything that's not from *.amazon.com to amazon@mydomain.com. This way, they won't continue to spam me (it looks like the address doesn't exist). Of course the mail server should still log it, so I can see what bastard gave out the email.
This is a liberal idea that has no basis in fact. In the long-term, an attack on Iraq would lower oil prices, which would hurt Bush's supposed cronies. Also, we get very little oil from there anyways. Don't forget about Venezuela, Russia, or any number of other places with large amounts of oil. Even if the middle east was nuked tomorrow, we'd only face an oil shortage from distribution problems, not from diminished oil availability. In other words, it's FUD, but you have to give the liberals credit, they are very good at scaring people.
Bullshit. I call you up and tell you "I have some free concert tickets for you, come over and pick them up". Then you come over, at which point I tell you "dude, I was kidding". That's fraud? You're full of shit.
Sure it is, I agree. Too bad it would never be prosecuted. I had a chat with my local police detectives a while back... they won't waste their time with anything less than $10,000. Unless of course the person was caught in the act, such as writing a fake check at the local supermarket (assuming they are caught then and there).
It comes down to reaction time. Those with immediate trading ability (institutional investors and day traders) would have an edge up on regular personal investors. Although it doesn't matter as much now with all the after-market trading going on.
lol this is funny.
Yeah, that's really schizophrenic, wanting to hurt someone that screwed you, and at the same time wanting to help people in need.
I think you're the one that's schizophrenic.
So I can put my competitor out of business by sending out millions of emails with forged headers containing a link to their website?
Great!
Oh c'mon it should have been "Mail rejected: Subject line contains five or more periods - please reduce the number of periods to four or less"
Never understimate human ability to not communicate effectively.
Flamebait? It appears some people just can't handle the truth afterall...

correlation doesn't imply causation
If only that could be pounded into most people's heads!
"Geoilrge Bush"

I can tell you don't know many people that are in the military... they are usually very opposed to war, as they know what it's like.

It's not an Outlook killer until it runs on Windows.
Yes.
Only if the immigrants become loyal to their new country instead of remaining loyal to their old one.
C'mon! Everyone knows Bush is white!
Flamebait, whatever. All a lot of you do is whine, whine, and whine some more. Get over yourselves.
It's getting a bit sad, really. There is a little more to the world (and technology for that matter) than complaining about one company's product.
Wah wah wah cry a little bit more, baby.
Mod this shit insightful!!! I'm not kidding!
Hello! We have many roads exactly like this in the US, rural and urban areas alike!
Just wait until Wal-Mart comes to town!! Hahaha

I would charge it to my credit card, get my email, then deny the charge. Very easily done...

No, I was reading this story when there was still over half an hour trading time.
Should this have been released before the closing of the markets? I think not... someone's head is going to roll.
What planet have you been living on these past few years? Something has to be responsive before it can become unresponsive!
