Really? I know of a few cheats for some of the games I've played on XBL. For example, in Sega GT Online there was a way to dupe cars/money with the trading system. Also, there are a few pretty bad ones in Halo 2 (probably are pretty bad one in all/most games, but Halo 2 obviously gets alot more attention) that I have heard of (and one I tried out in a system link game with some friends) that are pretty bad.
Just because you can't alter the software (and still play on Live) doesn't mean that you can't still find things the developers didn't notice.
If you watch anime and you've heard of Escaflowne it's a pretty good parallel to how Adams treats H2G2. There is the manga (which I haven't read.. I did flip through a volume once though!... I'm going on other people telling me stuff for this one though) that has been written in a few different versions with different-but-similar plots. There is also the TV series, which has its plot and versions of all the characters, and there is the movie which has another different plot and version of all the characters.
None of them is a continuation/adaptation of the other (except maybe one of the manga plots is used for the movie/TV show.. I'm not sure) but a different version of the same story.
Side note: when I saw the preview for H2G2 last time I saw a movie in theaters, I thought it was decent enough, though it didnt have much information other then "We're making a H2G2 movie! Here's a memorable line for you fans..." (It's "DON'T PANIC" with a semi-obvious "42" in the star field afterwards). Hopefully it'll be good
Agreed entirely. I tried out the newest one (Underground 2) at a friends house. The game is more about changing your cars looks then actually making it better.
And note that I said changing, not making it better. Most of the stuff that gets you a better "rep" looks completely awful in my opinion.
If half of the time they spent recreating things like interior/exterior design mods (since everything you can put in your car is an ad for a real product) had been spent working on gameplay instead, it'd be a much better game.
It would probably be preferable if there were actually "car bombing extremists" from the Middle East in Kansas (or anywhere else in the US), but there aren't. Infact, I'd be that most (if not all) of them are in the Middle East.
What was that you were saying about trolls?
It's not okay to say, "Well, atleast we're better then them." I don't see much compassion in your post personally.
You never know when an emergency vehicle is going to be doing a Uie
Including over a 5x2 foot (Height x Thckness) cement barricade? Because I've been slowed down by NB gawking at a SB accident over the center divider and SB gawking at a NB accident. Or at least, the lights flashing over the center divider (which is in fact 5 feet high and at least 2 feet thick on the freeway in question).
It annoys me to no end when I get to the part where everyone is speeding up only to find out I had a 1/2 hour delay because of an accident that happened on the other side of the freeway.
What you're describing isn't botting. It's usually called Dual Boxing. Botting is when you let an automated program that levels while you are AFK for whatever reason run your character.
Remember that it's holes in MS's code that make this possile. No matter what program did this itd still be MS's fault, even if it was there own program. It wouldn't be the particular program's fault, though, its just an issue with the way the OS works.
"Nader voters in Florida" is a subset of the group "Nader Voters".. they aren't the same thing.
Although one particular group (and groups in a few other states) were important in the 2000 election, the article isn't just a petition for Nader voters in florida, or any state in particular. It's the fact that they're from Florida that makes the group a deciding factor, not the fact that they prefer Nader.
By that logic, since if Gore had won a few more of "[insert demographic here] voters in Florida" he would have won, [insert demographic here] must be a Swing State.

Not only do you get an extra stripe, you get an extra letter to go with it ;)
Actually, in the deathmatch its a perfect replica...
After all, "It is for 2 to 4 players"

Underpower: the best example of why a cat girl-friend is a bad idea ;)

"...pay that much attention to to what they..."
:P
It took me a good 30 seconds to notice it though

But deciding that Google Scholar is better (or worse) then SciFinder Scholar isn't the same as confusing the two.
And it's not the same name. One is "Google Scholar" and the other is "SciFinder Scholar".
They have servers for 4 different areas:

Close, but you have to figure out how to do that with a computer.

It could have been installed by whoever manages the computers (the administrator).
