Resuming your browsing session: The Session Restore feature restores windows, tabs, text typed in forms, and in-progress downloads from the last user session. It will be activated automatically when installing an application update or extension, and users will be asked if they want to resume their previous session after a system crash.
To activate:
Under "Options"- "Main" tab - from the drop down menu "When Firefox starts:"
select "Show my windows and tabs from the last time".
This feature is gold and alone make it worthwhile to upgrade.
Finally, someone said it.
If you ever used craiglist you know that there are sections of questionable "interests";
I guess the majority of us are mature enough not to bring them into a public eye.
So, I repeat it here again:
What a pathetic little asshole
Just installed FC5 last night and aside from the nvidia/ati driver issue it's a great release from Fedora guys. If you're running FC3, now is the time to upgrade.
Fedora Core 4 was such a buggy/slow/broken mess that everyone except for the beta testers should've avoided it altogether. Could that be that it had an even number in the release?;)
Mod me as a troll if you like but I must say this:
Perhaps, the people should stop looking for excuses for their weight problems and just look in the mirror.
What, looking fatty(er) today?
There is no excuse if you're not doing anything about it.
As many "studies" there are they cannot solve the obesity problem.
That's exactly why we can't have a decent dialog with majority of linux crowd on./
From TFA (of course YOU did not read it):
Many proponents of packaging systems downplay these issues by stating that packaging errors don't exist on system XYZ (despite proof to the contrary), and that if the user is running Linux he should be "smart enough" to know how to use the command line. Such statements are just silly. Users want the computer to make their lives easier. Any barrier thrown in their way will only drive them to a different platform. Unfortunately, package managers still drive most Linux desktop distributions.
If I had any moderation points left you would be moded as a "Troll". Plain & simple.
"This iPod tax seems completely absurd and I hope that this proposal is just that, a proposal and nothing more. Just my two euros..."
I'll trade my 2 canadian cents for your euros.

Holy Cow! :)
Dell 24" LCD is even nicer ;)
And, it's cheap, too. The default res. is 1920x1200.
I noticed with FC5 that if you turn off SELinux completely the performance goes up by 20-35%
Hear hear! I'm a BF2 addict, too.

dropped a built-in dialup modem as well (a usb version available as an option)
not funny. Heat is the issue with any laptop (amd, ppc & intel)
Harder but it will get done. The odd hardware didn't stop modding the Sony PS2...
I agree with you except #3: 3. Stop turning books/comics into films. Have you seen "Sin City"?
Quote from TFA: "A poll conducted by the group backing the Blu-ray next-generation DVD standard shows..." I stopped reading right there..
I guess you haven't looked at Pentium M (aka P3); that chip would be perfect for Apple laptops.
