Actually, you are wrong - pasteurization is a process that was developed to reduce the load of bacteria, not sterilize it. So, in effect, all commercialized yogurt is "live"...it even says 'contains live cultures' on it.
A lot of innocent people are having their lives ruined? Since when have the majority of Americans used torrent? How many do you think are really affected by this? Torrent is not a protocol widely in use by the 'Average Joe', and as such, the shutdown of sites like isoHunt won't have any real effect on them. Recall how widely the Napster issue was publicized on the news...do you really think shutdown of torrent sites will get that kind of press? Also...can you really consider those who download illegal torrents..."innocent"?
Actually, if you're interested in modding, the earlier versions of consoles are much easier to mod. By the time a year or two has gone by, M$ has updated the console and made it harder. For example, all the mod chips for Xbox work on version 1.0 (release) xboxes, while only a select few work on the latest version (1.6).
Is it just me or are methods to help you catch up (i.e., you go faster when you're last place) in racing games kinda cheap? You already get better items when you're down (like the blue shells), making you catch up by other methods ruins the fun of the game.

Robert Rodriguez work uninspiring to present?? Have you seen Desperado or Once apon a Time in Mexico? Those movies had everything - good acting, good storyline, really good music, Salma Hayek....and a certain amount of style. RR is a brilliant director.

7 fps...it's nothing compared to what you had to do to play older DOS games...enable random memory, close random processes...all to play snake.
I have a simple solution...simly bulldoze Mt. St. Helens and put a giant mall in its place...surely this will produce less pollution.
