yes, isnt fear supposed to be an in-built mechanism to prevent us from putting ourselves in dangerous situations (in which others have suffered bad consequences), just like comedy tells us that everything is OK with a false alarm like situation ["So what I'm arguing is, laughter is nature's false alarm. Why is this useful from an evolutionary standpoint? So what you are doing with this rhythmic stocatto sound of laughter is informing your kin who share your genes, don't waste your precious resources rushing to this person's aid, it's a false alarm everything is OK. OK, so it's nature's OK signal."]

iphone this, iphone that.. it is getting so loud that some passing ufo/alien would see the buzz and pay us a visit (I am bad at cartoons, so imagine earth and the word "iphone" in comic bubbles coming out of earth)
then iphone's new tagline would be "we achieved what SETI@home couldnt"
..Nigeria, but the Nigerian Prez rejected Google's offer via email which said "Eric Schimdt would like to invest millions of dollars in Nigeria, but first, send $500 to our Western Union"
you mean duping the tags? c'mon, that is not a good way to protest the dupes here..
I was poking at the slashdot dupes, but after this explanation, it falls flat
sometimes, over-publicity creates a kind of repulsion.. atleast I am feeling that way!
it is working against Apple's PR efforts, who want to have 'some' hype floating but this is stinking! It is like the Ubuntu Feisty release: one story for beta, one for RC, one announcing that tomm morning the torrents/iso are available, another one showing screenshots, another dozen reviews comparing with Vista and OSX.. ah!
uh uh, kdawson had "thought of" posting it that week (using his brain-controlled-laptop), but somehow it slipped. Just like this was supposed to be a first post!
"With around 400,000 licenses a day new Vista users will take 8 weeks to beat Mac users, 4 days to exceed Mac sales and 3 days to exceed Linux desktop users..".. and a lifetime to remove the scar from those 40M users.. there are somethings that money cant buy, for everything else, there is MS
"So what's my view on this interview in Fortune - in which one of Sun's business partners claims the open source community is trampling their patent portfolio?
You would be wise to listen to the customers you're threatening to sue - they can leave you, especially if you give them motivation. Remember, they wouldn't be motivated unless your products were somehow missing the mark.
All of which is to say - no amount of fear can stop the rise of free media, or free software (they are the same, after all). The community is vastly more innovative and powerful than a single company. And you will never turn back the clock on elementary school students and developing economies and aid agencies and fledgling universities - or the Fortune 500 - that have found value in the wisdom of the open source community. Open standards and open source software are literally changing the face of the planet - creating opportunity wherever the network can reach.
That's not a genie any litigator I know can put back in a bottle."

Pandora, Yahoo music and many others are participating except for CBS-owned Last.fm
from their corp announcement

it is left to the uploader to give the subtitles, as per their FAQ here, so they do support .SUB

be careful not to have too high ceilings, as you might be thinking out-of-the box and returning back might be a problem (or tiresome?)
.. stolen data was used for purchases at Walmart in Florida by making fake credit cards.. it surely is a big organised crime
