It's not privacy violation, it's personality violation.
Don't take this personally, but I think you should find some other way to convince your daughter to eat healthier. Maybe use an old practise called... discussion.
I mean c'mon pal, it's perfectly normal for a 5-year old to prefer pizza than vegetables.
Reading articles like this one, make me realize the huge differences between USA and Europe. This could not have happened in a European country, not even under the most conservative administration I can imagine.
What kind of personality these kids are going to develop being under such close surveillance!
Suddenly having PGP (or GPG) is relevant evidence.
No one said that having PGP(GPG) is a crime. But saying that is considered relevant evidence is by itself scary enough for me.
And IMHO finding a gun in a murder-suspect's house should NOT be considered evidence. OK, if the gun was the actual one used for the murder, then it's different. But the sole presence of a gun?
So a guy get stabbed last night and we have to get rid of our kitchen knives suddenly...
I mean, I remember, when selecting packages for a Debian installation, the very interesting non-US category
The axiom that someone is innocent until proven guilty has been reversed for some years now. At first, it was only the media that did that to some poor fellow that was pronounced guilty on TV at arrest time. But gradually this has become true in more formal forms (read Guantanamo)
IMHO, Microsoft will comply and stop bundling MS Media Player with Windows in EU because they have nothing to lose from it. I mean, c'mon guys the only way to hit M$ on the desktop is to sell PCs with Linux pre-installed. And M$ blackmails people not to do that (at least here in Greece).
I think that we (as a Linux community) should not care if Microsoft is illegaly bundling the Media Player with Windows or not
We should follow the Firefox paradigm and produce a much better Media Player for Windows under GPL or BSD-like license and support it as hard as we can
And maybe be cooperate with the Mozilla guys to have them nicely intergrated together so if someone decides to make a switch to one of the two, it'll be attractive to switch to the other too
We could either give away our hard work, or come up with another solution.
Releasing Code is NOT giving away your work. Applying the same logic, one could say that those people who made the kernel GAVE AWAY their work to you. You could 'touch' kernel and give back to the community that gave you the kernel in the first place.

And the EU is steady following
Point taken ;)
Then again I still had Freecell and Minesweeper so it wasn't all bad ....which until today are the best software available for the Windows platform
Yeah that looks promising. Thx for pointing it out!
The project's homepage is under construction.
Intergration with Firefox would be a step forward from that. But OK it's still beta 4 or sth so my best wishes for the project's future

Search in eMule for the brain of the guy that screwed Jennifer Lopez or something.
No they weren't a couple, they had less probability to be saved by the "Heart of Gold" than this guy has to get laid
Don't worry... remember Arthur Dent and Ford Prefect
Or maybe a map of sites unreachable due to the IE-only effect.
And then a DDoS on them by the community
(I feel activist today)
Solaris Zones Suck Xen Rules (just kidding, I don't have a clue)

He meant 10 posts, not 20 (for those who understand binary)
