well here's a better example: Down's Syndrome, also known as trisomy 21, is the result of an extra 21st chromosome. What if our environment somehow changed so that people with this extra chromosome had an advantage? Bam--evolution!

Maybe you haven't heard of this document called the constitution. It says that for us to be at "war," Congress must vote in favor of declaring war. Don't worry, every president since Truman has conveniently forgotten this, too.

"missing your mom is wrong" just because anakin missed his mom doesn't mean lucas says its wrong. the story is supposed to show how anakin changed from an innocent little boy missing his mom into Darth Vader--missing his mom isn't a cause "getting angry at things is bad and makes you a bad person," no, acting on anger is bad and makes you a bad person "if you want to be a hero then relationships are forbidden," you could use the same criticism for catholic priests (but lets not go there...) i found this part a bit weird, however, too.

the legacy of great games like halo, splinter cell, KOTOR, jade empire, DOA, ninja gaiden, etc? sure there have been disappointments (fable, enclave, bloodwake, voodoo vince, Malice, Azurik) but hey, for the first time out, they had an impressive showing. xbox live alone more than warrants a purchase of the console. unless ps3 or revolution manage to blow me away, i'll be in line on launch day to buy one of these things.

  14. Same old story... on Nintendo Revolution Under Wraps Past E3 · · Score: 1

i don't buy it either. i am (or was) a huge nintendo fan (look at my user name), but this is the same line they used 5 years ago before unveiling gamecube and the controller and mario sunshine and whatnot...and what were the great innovations? anaog shouderbutons with a "clik" at the end? i can count the number of games that utilized this effectively on one hand. what was innovative about the launch games for the gamecube? nothing. i'm glad i bought a gamecube for Metroid Prime, Zelda: Wind Waker, Smash Brothers Melee, and Resident Evil Four. There's probably 3 times as many games on Xbox that I'm glad I played through, and Xbox LIVE alone is the reason why i play Xbox (which is sitting to my left in my room) so much more than my Gamecube (which I've cast off into my little brother's room) Of course, Nintendo doesn't care. They get enough money from the idiots like me that they can sucker into buying another console just for the next four awesome Nintendo-exclusive games. For gamers, marketshare matters because that leads to more third party support, and more friends with which you can play....but to Nintendo, as long as they're profitable, they don't care (example: online play).
