What this is fucking free ride you are mumbling about? I paid for my pipe, and though it may be shared with my neighbors, it's none of your fucking business where I suck down my content from.
You are an idiot.
You had a nice rebuttal. The name calling was unnecessary and makes you look like the idiot. Try and just stick to your argument, youll get much farther in life...
I keep tying to cut the cord but I pay with DVR HDTV about $35/month on RCN. Frankly, after i assemble all the services with their various monthly fees, and necessary hardware purchases to match what I get from RCN cable do I save enough (or anything) that the inconvenience of piecemealing is worthwhile.
Doctors are busy enough they don't need to do things just "to make more money." We have a shortage of doctors in the USA, ever try to get an appointment with a specialist who doesn't have a several week wait?
Fact is these are serious chronic conditions that need some monitoring by doctors. This is backed up by the evidence. So please stop with the "docs are greedy" bull shit.
It's a huge poverty stricken country. It can't even provide food and clean water adequately (and don't get me started on the filth of their healthcare system). Yet they have enough funds to pay for this stuff. Great work and good priorities India!
This is a very flawed study that doesn't account for many things including a) It's based on patients "memories" of when they got x-rays and not actual dates b) Doesn't account for the dramatic reduction in amount of rays needed for the images in the last 20-30 years.
And most of the jailbreaks require physical access to the device which is less dangerous than remote ones such as the extremely rare ones done via a web page attack. The latest requires no pass code on the device as well
For people like you who care about such things, the nerds.
Every other person I know interested in the ipad 3 have no idea about anything other than it's new:) . I had to explain to a few of the cheaper people that the newer one is worth the $100 extra over the old model since they intend to read and the new model has a "prettier/better quality screen for reading."
Does using the tablet have smooth and instant responsiveness? At the end of the day, that's all that matters. Tegra 100 or ipad 100 won't matter if the OS that uses it isn't smooth and keeps up with the user interactions. Consumers just care about experience, how they get there isn't of interest to anyone other than nerds.
Seriously, this guy sounds like hundreds of other e-book complainers. Meanwhile, every person I have given a Kindle to try out who said they would never give up paper books are converts within a week. eBooks are great because you can have tons of books always with you, they are light, and if you finish one you boook you instantly can get another one.
Right opiates work by bonding to chemical receptors in the brain. If a vaccination makes one non-responsive IV opiate drugs like heroin then it must be making significant and lasting changes to neural chemistry. Who knows what all affects that might result in, given or still limited understanding of the brain?
And those same receptors are used legitimately to reduce pain while sick or recovering from injury. If this is non-reversable that's a whole class of pain killers not available to these people later on in their lives.
I was thinking this was a good review until I saw they didn't even know that Roku has a Plex client app. The plex client lets you play media stored on your computer, which is the functionality the review said was lacking...

Hope all phones that use these come with a tweezer and magnifying glass! This little sucker is gonna be hard to handle! lol
You're a moron. Those are all foods that have nutritional value (well except the french fries). Soda is just sugar mixed with water...
Just use Google Apps. Provides email, calendaring, etc all integrated and very inexpensive.
Not for me. Facebook sucks for messaging compared to iMessage or plain old texts.
At best, facebook is an email supplement
Thanks for raising all our insurance rates. Nothing like unnecessary testing.
Yes, and contacts are just like treatment for hypertension and diabetes... you have no idea what you're talking about.

Seriously large omission is a JRE for Chrome OS

Proof? Check this far better article http://articles.boston.com/2012-04-10/metro/31313701_1_x-rays-tumor-risk-radiation-exposure
Bull shit. You're not going anywhere.
I believe these two options in iOS will make it a bit more secure
1) Strong passcode option (alphanumeric and more than 4 characters)
2) Delete all data after 10 incorrect passcode attempts
And most of the jailbreaks require physical access to the device which is less dangerous than remote ones such as the extremely rare ones done via a web page attack. The latest requires no pass code on the device as well

Exactly! Agree completely. That's the only reason I won't buy it and get rid of my HTPC

So Slashdot can go hammer your servers! :) Kidding..
Seriously, don't let us know, you will be in for $$$$

Boxee dropped their PC software. Switch to Plex, it kicks boxee's ass

Point of clarification, google technically makes no money on android (i.e. no profits).
