Keeping in mind that this is the very generation, there could very well be later generations that could map rooms in mere minutes, and then other ones to map rubble in minutes.. then when disaster strikes, in goes the robots to map stuff out, and people to follow.

Seems to me the problem here is that Windows Vista is in a Cancer center.. I'm sure vista is gonna catch enough virus's without being in a place full of people on kemo and thus have low immune systems..
Very true, but I meant the support. They shouldn't lower the cost to the customer, just 80$ for the OS and then a few hundred for support costs. Average joe bob customer pays 340$ or whatever the price is now for Vista, but the informed consumer can buy it for 80$ or something.
