Sony owns MGM now and also owns the IP to a bunch of popular movies. So what does that mean. Sony can charge 8 bucks to download Spiderman. How much can Apple charge? Apple will charge whatever Sony tells them to charge.
Apple will never have a two button mouse
Apple will never drop firewire support on the iPod
Apple will not ship a headless iMac
Apple will not sell Mac OS to clone makers
Apple will not sell a flash based MP3 player
Apple will not sell a video iPod
Apple will not use Intel processors
Apple will not sell TV content on iTunes
I don't think there is a lot more talent outside. If there were a lot more outside. Why don't you see Pixar level quality films from other companies?
I think that's the fallacy that if an employee leaves, then they are easily replacable, look at MS and how they are losing talent or even potential talent to Google.

The other success was Lilo and Stitch which was also done in Florida. The heads at Disney of course rewarded the Florida studio by closing it.
I know this is a joke, but Nightly news has two feeds, one for the west coast and one for the east coast. Thus when I watch the Nightly News, I watch the local west coast version. I don't think they have that on CNN.
Blog is so 2004, the new blog is now for 2005, moblog. Blogging while moving. Blog for 2006 is Slogging, blogging while sleeping. And for 2007, it will be dogging, blogging while dead.
You can't really do that with baseball, as there are 162 games played in a year. Football you can do that, because they only play 16 games a year. Really no need to blog everyday for football.
Since baseball is like the stock market, even on off days a team can go up and down in the standings, it is more difficult to ignore the day and post purely on trends. It would be like the WSJ declining to discuss the 5 point loss in the Dow and running a piece on how stocks are on a upward trend.
Grant Imahara has a background in electrical engineering. I believe he is the only one with an engineering background. Most of the members of the show worked on Hollywood blockbusters and approach busting the myth, not in purely scientific method, but something close to it. Something like what you would do in middle school. Which is why the show is popular among non technical people as well as the techinial people.
The Mit people saw the original show and tried to do it their way. That is why Mythbusters people invited them to San Francisco, to show the differences between the Mit people and the Mythbusters. It's not critiquing, Mythbusters unlike any TV show I know respond to criticisms to their techniques and follow up on them, and I think that's a good thing.
Apple is the only computer company that understands fashion like some (swedish) car manufacturers and fashion companies do, and manage to appeal to a very wide audience.
My iPod and iBook are far better looking than Saabs and Volvos. And I don't think Saabs and Volvos appeal to a very wide audience. Maybe you are confusing a certain people's car company in Germany.
I disagree that Apple is the only computer company that understands fashion. Sony, Samsung, Toshiba all make fashionable products, however to purchase a fashionable Sony laptop, you are going to have to plunk down 2k, in Apple's case, an iBook can be had for under 1k. Apple's success is giving the buyer that buys the least expensive iPod shuffle the same sense of design as a person that buys a high end G5 system. Sony makes some nice products, but unless you go high end, Sony's bottom end products are not as sexy.
Apple had a great partnership Motorola in the past. I can't see why they wouldn't go with them again. Anyone remember the 68060 Macs and G6 iMacs. And the success that was the Motorola StarMax.
Versions of Windows is like buying different versions of the same car. Like if you buy a Mustang you can choose, V6, GT or Cobra.
Different versions of linux is like buying tuner versions of those cars. You can buy a Saleen, Steeda or Roush, or if you want you can make your tuner Mustang.
But unlike cars, you cannot use Windows as your base and tune it like you can with Linux.
Smart Cars don't do very well in Europe. Daimler Chrysler is hemmoraging money on the Smart cars and probably will discontinue it. Also in places like the Netherlands and Germany, cars are pretty big. Taxis are bigger cars like the E Class wagons, which are generally as big if not bigger than the American taxis.
In a competitive market. A seller will sell their stuff equal to marginal cost. Cost being actual costs plus opportunity costs. The selling price is a function of demand and supply rather than actual cost. If the costs is higher than price, then the seller will exit from the market.
In a monopoly market, a seller will sell their stuff in excess of marginal cost. A monopoly or cartel markets develop when you increase barriers of entry. So in this case, because accessory makers will need a license it increases the liklihood of cartelization. Meaning that, the manufacturers of accessories may charge a price higher than marginal cost. The difference in the price of the marginal cost and actual price is the monopoly profit and a prima facie evidence of a monopoly.
Sony and Apple always had a cozy relationship. Apple monitors were rebranded Sonys for a period. Sony designed the first Apple Powerbooks, and if you look inside your earlier Macs, the power supply is Sony branded.

For the millionth time,

That is all
The ABA doesn't recognize online Law degrees, so it makes it doubly hard to get a law license in the state of your choosing.
A law license isn't a requirement to become a job, where I live, all you need is to run for a judgeship.

The PWC guy switched one office. It's not that different to what grub did.

North Korea doesn't have internet nor money. My bet that this is South Korea.
Futurama solution. New New Orleans. I like that.
That's what Seattle did. However. landfills are a bad idea for earthquake prone areas.
It's a standard troll that usually gets modded -1. But for some reason it was modded +5 to today.
I'm sure Apple will never make a mistake like that again.
I believe 4. is being sued. The guy that worked at MS that went to Google who was sued ironically worked at Apple before working at MS.

That is newsworthy. Now the people in the developing countries can use that extra dollars to buy Britney Spears ringtones.
I don't think you have the law on your side. Sorry.
