    Imagine instead growing up, looking at your dad, and knowing that that's *exactly* how you will look when you're his age. Sure you might be a bit thiner or healthier or whatnot, but you're an exact genetic duplicate, so any predispositions that he has (i.e. lazy, slow metabolism, loves football and beer) will probably still be there.

    A couple of years ago I was over my dad's house, going through a box of old photographs from when I was a kid (early 1960's). I came across a black and white photograph that was of ME and my son, only it was me and my DAD. Freaky, but all three of us look the same.

    This was an excellent book (the rest were, OK). Its a VERY visual experience. Everything is large, no, HUGE. With current CGI they can do it justice. I just hope they dont bugger it up.

    No, not a Beowulf cluster, but I wonder if this could be extended, etc, to actually spread a kernel around to a dozen 486's, to improve the price/performance ratio. Also, I wonder if you could do redundancy, i.e. have a failsafe machine with an identical module. Considering I have a couple dozen 486/66's sitting doing nothing (well, besides gathering dust)...

    Hmm, just what I need, another project.

    ...wouldnt the magnetic charge from say, turning on my monitor, cause problems with the MRAM, without some big shielding? Considering if I even think about magnets any floppy I have sitting around goes foom, whats going to happen when I'm relying on my 'instant on' MRAM to be ready?
