From what I remember, Bittorrent usage over TOR routinely cripples exit notes until they block the traffic. Leave TOR for the people who really need it.
This is possibly more insightful than it seems. Canonical seem to be pushing more and more in their own direction, rather than anything the Ubuntu community does. This is good for Ubuntu, but potentially bad for users as more and more changes are made to the GNOME interface, the browser etc etc.
With the bodbug, what's its interface to your PC/Phone? Could you reverse engineer it?

I'm fairly sure the networks in other countries killed it in the same way. I never quite know which episode they're going to show in Australia.
