The CPUs being dropped are over 15-years old, you aren't going to be able to render and scroll in most web pages with that hardware. The OSes haven't been supported in years by their manufacturers so using them, and expecting to limit the rest of the world from using modern features isn't realistic.
I'm curious by what measure you consider GPL to be the most popular license. In my experience GPL is rare outside of the Linux community, MIT seems to be the most common on the web and Apache for everything else.
DotA is definitely more than a mash-up of Warcraft 3 and Tower Defense, I mean it spawned an entire genre that has dominated gaming for the better part of 10-years.
They were probably the major source for traffic, though building a business based on someone else is always a risk a bit like creating an app for a missing feature on iOS or Android.
Aren't these sites opting into it by marking their site up for Rich Cards?
Ultimately though, it seems unlikely that sites which mostly just aggregate information (e.g. celebrity net worth) aren't going to fair better than say Encyclopedia Britannica.
I'm not sure that is really workable, they could use VPNs, proxies or bots. Its hard to see what they can do long term other than hope the bots are a minority.
They should probably restrict reviews for early releases, I think Rotten Tomatoes did something similar in the past few years - at least I feel they used to have an issue with people rating movies before they could have been seen.
For every other luxury car maker there are 20+ years of used cars on the market. So for those models they're not only competing with their own model year, they're competing with the previous generation. Further, I'm not sure if it holds true for Tesla, but higher end sedans are typically leased so there is a continual supply of cars a few years old entering the used market.
Not a trucking expert... but there is a lot of wasted space below the floor and in front of the trailer's axles. I don't see why they need that much clearance in the middle of the trailer since the truck has much less, presumably its only there because it makes sense for the floor to be flat.
Not a network expert but what about BGP, they could start sending out routing updates specify that they own the IPs. Then you have to convince everyone that they need to ignore them.

NT.
I suspect the SNES titles are also more valuable from a virtual console perspective too.
Its a disservice to the people who support them. At a certain point its hard to see it as anything but gross incompetence.

Was that you? Go to the bathroom man!

I thought MS caved and said they wouldn't support new CPU features on old OSes?
Facts aren't considered to be copyrightable, though in the EU a collection of facts is.

Is startup really the right term? Its hard to see how this is a business.
Porkbarrel politics, a senator passed a law that forced the armour to continue to be manufactured and used because it creates jobs in his district.
Can't you just change the launcher?
Why shouldn't someone operating a hotel out of an apartment be expected to operate under the same rules?
Around half the things you're complaining are just how the internet works.
Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it

Does Turkey even need to be discredited? They seem to have done it all by themselves.

No one is cross shopping a switch and an NES Classic Mini.
Sadly this will just encourage the scalpers.
Now first page news. Bubble?
