It's allways good to get the inside scoop like this. Working in IT for a large corp. myself, I can tell you that looking in from the outside you don't allways get the full view. I have had the Ipaq for about a week and love it.
The PocketPC GUI isn't really that bad. Even tho it is fun to telnet to my Agenda linux based PDA in linux, I find the PocketPC apps a little more easy to use.
I rounded both my ata33 and ata66 drives.

Just be sure to start the cuts with a fairly blunt object like a flat blade screw driver and then finish the cuts by pulling with you fingers.

Thats funny, MY Pocket Agenda runs VR-Linux!
They actually have a new model just out that is like the current Ipaq but is black and white instead of color. The price is just over $300.

Not likely. Even the distribution Yopy units are over $1000. This makes Ipaqs running PocketLinux a even more desirable option.
They change the name of Carnivore the same time that MS changes the name of Whistler. :)
