    Back in the early 80's, I actually responded to women asking me "So, do you come here often?" by saying "So, do you use cliches often?" Needless to say, they very quickly lost interest after that!

  13. If they agree to use the biometric sensors as a condition of being hired, then they have no grounds for objection. If the company institutes a new policy requiring biometric scanning AFTER the employee has started working there, it's pretty much a unilateral change in the contract... but probably the best recourse if you object is to seek employment elsewhere anyway. The first question a lawyer will ask is, "How have you been harmed?", because their commission is based on the dollar value of the harm done to you.

    Tesla HAS to collect extensive data on your driving, to use in defense in court when they inevitably get sued for their "self driving" car failing, when it was really your bad driving that caused the accident.

    Some of the sharpest programmers I've worked with, and some of the worst managers, both have come from India. It's a mixed bag. My coworker that was the most vehemently anti-Muslim I've ever known was a Hindu. Good optical engineer, just didn't like Muslims, since they have a higher birth rate than Hindus.

    My dumbshit ex was actually stupid enough to call them, then call me on another phone asking what do to. I told her to immediately turn the computer off and hang up on them! Then I had to teach my ex and her adopted daughter how to kill the browser task using Task Manager, which is the only sure way to escape a browser takeover.

    By coincidence, I own a Honda Civic Hybrid, Prius Plug in Hybrid, and a Miata. Toyota's are the most reliable cars made, Honda is the second most reliable car made. Mazdas are, well, more reliable than Subarus.
