Just to add a few things:
Pablo AND Paloma are spanish names, and incidentally there are two quite famous persons in the Picasso family with that name :-)
    Igor is a russian name.
And, by the way, I should say that they are mostly ( or originally) spanish or russian, since you can find them almost everywhere today.

I understand that it's a tough task to come out with thousands of names, but it should be clear that it's a serious thing, and we can't screw a planet toponomasthic just because we are quite far from it.
A mix of fun and seriousness is due.
At least they shouldn't use names that are just a evident current trend.

You know, time ago I found somewhere a table that let you generate beautiful, yet random and meaningless, sentences. There were columns with a subject, a verb, an object, a mean and a result. You could pick one of each from any row, and get stunning politiquesqe talk. It was hilarious. Maybe they used the same approach with your question.

Nice thing is that you can have a quite good 'standard' browsing experience even these days. Of course, nothing more than plain 4.x, frames and a couple of more things.
Yet, good enough to switch on, execute the program, browse what you need, turn everything off, while WinXP is still completing its bootstrap! :-)

Sorry, but I think you're wrong.
Waaay back before IE 5 (or 4 or 3) there were browsers that didn't crash the whole HTML standard, and gave a quite GREAT navigation experience.

Also, while the Windoze crowd was messing with 'trumpet winsock' stuff, there were other people (like Amiga or Atari users, as example) that could run a HTML3.x compliant browser WITH netscape extensions (frames) from a 720KB floppy without any hassle (I, for one, was a CAB -Atari- user).

I use this program, Papyrus, from rom-logicware http://www.rom-logicware.com/ that has got a quite good HTML export function, and also a quite good M$Word import.
The quality of the import varies depending on the source document (for my kind of stuff it's very good), but the quality of the HTML export is EXCELLENT, tidy-proof.
there is a demoversion that basically has got the only limitation of 1page printed with some letters swapped, but any other function is OK.

I just noticed that a lot of people just regard as an innocent mistake replacing 'should of' with 'should have' just because they sound almost the same and you get the meaning.
The true point, however, is that the wordsshould' and 'of' put together just don't mean anything!
It is not aboupelling, it is about MEANING of the words, a thing you can call GRAMMAR and SYNTAX. Another thing is misplacing a letter every now and then, and that is a TYPO (typographic error).
You shouldn't be so indulgent with yourselves!
