    yes, games! If i would have resources i would have used them to develop and port more games on Linux. I personally feel that good games are very important to attract a bigger number of people to use Linux.

    Let me fix some misconceptions that you have.

    The Indians have a diverse culture (and not a fragmented one). They do get along with each other quite well.

    Well, that may not be accurate. But I am not the best person to comment on that.

    Indian were fighting against the Brits for freedom.

    Exceptions are dictatorships - etc,

    I am sure you are not suggesting that dictatorship is good. Although US of A has a bit of it.

    ...of downloading the 11.2 MB installer from this site (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/ie7/ie7betare direct.mspx) and tried to install it on a Win2k Prof machine....after extracting the files to a folder the installer popped up the following message

    "This package does not support your system architecture (32/64bits)."

    The machine is a 32 bit P4 machine.

    Although these are very low end systems according to the specification "500MHz, 1GB, 1 Megapixel.", still I feel they can be of great help in education in third world countries.

    for 2 reasons
    1. There are too many (known and unknown) of vunerabilities.
    2. Even the known ones are too much to be fixed for various reasons.

    But when some people have a Hammer in their hand, every problem looks like a nail to them.

    Allthough .NET has support for over a score of languages, but C and C++ are among the most popular prog. langauges of all times. So with thier support in .NET, they are likely to be used most.

    typoGenerator searches images.google for the text and creates a background from the found images, using randomly chosen effects. then it places the text, using random effects too. What about the copyright violation. I believe this is not like qouting some thing.
