Um, not really, the difference is there is really no way of completely determining the number of bittorrent users. There is no centralization in bittorrent.
There's a difference between and iPod and a laptop loaded with music. The point of the ipod is a convient thing to carry your music around instead of lugging around an object that requires two hands. Plus it fits into your pocket. As far as I am concerned a laptop will never replace handheld devices, because it isn't a handheld device.
Said who? Why are we assuming that, since we're in the 2.6 branch that they have no intention of moving into a 2.7. Isn't that called development?Second of all, why would IBM have information about it? And why does SCO care?
But doesn't that completely diminish the point of an Indie game? Doing it on there own, releasing it for sale, not having to worry about the companies they leached off of coming back at them demanding royalties?
How does this help the newer open source browsers (Firefox, and even Mozilla) when they are making users think that the only other option is a browser that has been dead for a good number of years now. If we want Firefox to gain marketspace we need to offer it.
and what is he smoking? Last time I checked a laptop IS a PC. By mobile they obviosly are talking about phones, pdas, and such. Macromedia isn't stupid enough to kill a majority of the market for nothing.
lol, this is not a virus
Those were one of those creatures he forgot.

Run Linux? Oh wait, cheap hardware, of course it runs Linux, fine.
I'm sorry, that isn't Athiesm, that is agnostism. Athiests believe there is no god.
Unless it is, of course, the Windows XP installation disc
Well do you think want to give us Linux users the satisfaction of seeing Microsoft employees admitting faults in their software?
How about we just stop excepting their ideas, much like they do to us (or take it as their own). Stop having Linux just play "catch up" with them.
XP was meant to stand for Experience
Um, you are away you can set the font for a command line right? You can set it to a big font. That's been here forever.
Never sing this song around a girl. I did that once, I got a slap in the face, for obvious reasons..
Do you pay any attention? The new 1.5 Firefox has binary updates, eliminated that problem all together.

When 20-50 year old men find more hours of amusement from a toy than it's intended audience.
Well I'm sorry you, unlike the rest of the Slashdot crowd, doesn't find Google actually take something out of Beta as an important AND amazing story.
