The complaints about the story lines are silly , some games have better plots than others.. but the most important thing is the game-play . Sure a few stories are rather similar and have some plot holes.. but you would think that these people have never read works of literature.. I can tell you from experience that the same things happen even in the greatest of literary works .
After all these are just games and centre around the interactivity aspect of the story . Sure they do sometimes follow the Hero save damsel from villain plot but honestly it is a tried and true format that works well.
Special effects can be rather cool , So long as they are not over-used or inappropriately used (or lacking inappropriately ).
Cinematic experiences can be part of the games style , what is wrong with that . I don't have much to say on this part as it's really not worth commenting on
Obviously some of these are not always applicable , but where they are then they can be very useful . Both for your cash flow and the environment.. not to mention your health in some cases
1: Walk or cycle to work:get some exercise whilst saving money and the environment
2: Share a car (Car pool):not as good as walking , but when you're not in a position to walk to work this can help your cash flow and the environment
3: public transportation : pretty much the same reasons as sharing a car.
4: working from home : The story does mention this , It is a great idea . You save the environment and money .

Well I am intending on buying a revolution, and a PS3 when the price drops to something less daunting. No matter the new controller on the revolution i will be buying one for the backwards compatibility and the games downloads. obviously selling off my GameCube whilst the price is still reasonable .

The competition in this sector is very important , A number of negative aspects did arise from the USSR vs. USA race of last century (such as the inordinate funds that were spent ) but a number of positive aspects arise.. such as the advancement of tech (which probably advanced quicker if they had worked together but never-mind). China entering the sector in a more serious way will certainly help (even if they are not up to speed technologically yet).. now if we can just get the ESA , NASA and Chinese agency to work together.. then we can get some real progress .
Fear sells . They get away with it time and again . I believe in a strong freedom of the press , but they should be publicly slapped down for misrepresenting facts.
Just by looking at some country's news reports (mentioning no specific country here) , you get the impression that by just walking down the road , you will be mugged then murdered , your children will be abducted and whilst this is happening your house is getting burgled and then set on fire.
It's not just bad science , it's bad journalism full stop that they are presenting.
Now it is unfair if an admin disallows things that facilitate the proper functioning of the company. It is my job to see that the network and servers functions to optimal efficiency whilst allowing the employes to get their work done with little to no problems.
I do not look down on or patronise anyone.. but if some users demands privileges for the sake of having them , then they can be sure of getting a rather negative response from me.
I will lock down every computer to a level that is fitting,and any admin who over-restricts the network should have their contract looked at.
Respect works both ways though , if you start trying to lord it over the admin ...(as this is how you are coming over on these posts ) then don't be surprised if they are not that kind to you.
