    Id rather have games which are easy to pick up and play and just drop , but who also offer the depth if you want it .
    You can run through games like Mario 64 in a few hours , but if you want there is a hell of alot of gameplay in there.
    GTA3 is a game like that too , its great fun to play for a few minutes or a few hours

    Just make it a policy that copyright infringment at the event is unaceptable and if your caught you will be expelled from the event.
    Other than that , dont treat people like criminals .
    They may do it , they may not , but if you start putting in checks your going to make it a rather unplesant experiance for people .

    Actualy the hardware markup is not that absurd , try having a look around for custom PPC motherboards and chips they are really very pricy

    Drugs (as in those which are contraband) are illegal and criminal to sell , posses or distribute in any way , its a very diffrent thing.
    Music is legal to own , posses and in some situations distribute and sell
    It would be rather scary if they tried to apply the same thinking to civil cases as to criminal cases .

    It may be a conspiracy to commit a crime , but it is not actualy commiting the crime , its commen sense .
    Its a cival case anyway , so i dont think you can be convicted of conspiring to break civil law.

    Definantly part of the idea was to up revenue , but they also did it to give people more options as to the domain name .
    I dont really see all the scum sites (not that all porn is scum , only the typo sites etc) moving off to the .xxx , but it gives the big names ,well the more honest the chance .

    I dont think there is anything wrong with them trying to drum up revenu ,but it would be nice if they could use that revenue to sort out many of the problems within the organisations

    Its got one major advantage(warez scene aside) its free (libre and gratis) .
    If its good enough, it will take off , and if development keeps on improving it I see no reason why it would not succeed.

    People do love a free meal , and hopefully if they like it enough they will start to contribute , The community can make FPS games with mods and maps

    It would be nice to have the option incase i ever do find myself needing Flash installed , though most of the stuff flash is used for is rather annoying i do on occasion enjoy a few web cartoons.
    Which has ment i would need to boot an x86 machine or boot into OS X , not too much of a problem really but its always nice to have options .
    Added to that the fact of having a GPL version , as OSS is always my first choice.

    Being the #1 seller is not the most important thing in bussiness , sure its nice but its never been the greatest of concerns .
    The greatest concern is turning a profit , and nintendo i belive was the only company to profit last round on hardware sales .
    nintendo does not need a majorty in any form , it's making alot of money .
    It matters not if they have only small share of the market , they turn a tidy profit and have a solid user base.
