    I have a G3 iPhone and I just upgraded to the 3.0 software. Anybody else done this and notice that about 99% of your apps do not work? You select them the phone goes to a dark screen and then back to the app desktop. Is there any way to step back from the 3.0 software?

    Just restrict the use on campus through the network. Smart ones will break the PW and own the machine. dumb ones will lose it. I have done 2k ibook roll outs for 9-12. Oh and don't make felons of PW crackers. Learn ARD! Look for that scripting theft call back tool very cool.

    Prior art of this type goes back to Xerox PARC in the mid 90's. There you wore a badge that when you walked into a room your desktop was loaded onto an unused or released computer there. It was called Ub-Comp.

    I've had a Nokia 3300 1gig for a year. works great, has all the tools and plays tunes. I think Apple just does not care about phones but had to finish the contract. BTW they are $35 on eBay now.
