I absolutely love Mikrotik, I was introduced to them about a year ago. And have since then begun migrating everything to Mikrotik. And their Cloud Core routers will blow you away with the amount of features and performance you get for their price.
Well we all know how well their self checkout lanes work.
Unless Walmart makes a HUGE improvement to their technology, this could be a huge disaster waiting to happen.
I was very close to posting something similar to this, I live in Farmington and know that a lot of news agencies outside of the area blow things our of proportion, don't know the facts and either think New Mexico is part of Mexico or a baren desert made of nothing but the cities of Santa Fe and Albuquerque, chili fields, and mexicans slaving away. Hopefully the data center will bring a lot of jobs to the area, but I have yet to see its viability of having numerous servers I don't exactly see a lot of tech related stuff going on in the Shiprock area. But I do understand the need to having internet access in around the area and I hope it can greatly improve information people within the surrounding area will have and improve their quality of life.
Talk about a massive abuse of authority, it's getting ridiculous how anything that the government doesn't agree with or makes them look bad and they'll use terrorism as excuse to indefinitely detain, control, and slander you.

As they appear to be holding up in the publics eye, I'm sure they're like the majority of tele-com companies and just pass our info right on to the government with no questions asked.
If this were in the US, they'd surely being be detained and become permanent residents of guantanamo bay. Seeing as how their Czechs and getting footage of a military base, they'd sure be instantly classified as terrorists.
