Too much has become real from science fiction, and it's scary.
One little ferinstance, Jules Verne had "electric bullets" that were mocked for over a century, of course you couldn't put enough charge into a projectile to make a foe fall "as if struck by a thunderbolt", right? http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/gadgets/other-gadgets/taser-shotgun-shell1.htm
PyDev for IDE, and there are others. you can call any C, java, common scripting language crypto library from python, what's the big deal?. There are static code analyzers, consult search engine.
Java isn't maintainable long term, the language changes too much. write once, run for a awhile on the same version JVM or crap breaks. and god help you if you used IBM websphere or similar bloatware cesspool.
Python has supported Unicode for over a decade
how about "willing to share an automated bus?". Efficiency climbs with the number of passengers, assuming you can keep the vehicle loaded with people. maybe most the time it's automated taxis, and the automated buses are for rush hour or the airport/train station runs
accelerometer? haha, that's the funniest thing I've heard Elisha Otis' invention called. it's a centrifugal brake, it has spinning weights on springs, and there is one at each corner on the rails. hint: they don't have ethernet jacks
doesn't change the truth, that those winds don't change the true average global temperature at all. it only means our models are inaccurate, because we don't have the means to measure the entire heat content of the ocean.
since that's the inevitable end of the earth, why give a shit about any pollution, natural or creature-made, in any particular geological era? remember kids, man can't really kill the Earth
they did that. those tiny long-snouts were dangerous when panicked, just like elephants when they stampede! When they stomped on people's toes, it really, really hurt!
9th warmest. not the warmest. So warmest period for a small region like the continental US not really significant. also, La Nina moves heat around, doesn't make it vanish.
eh? java/j2ee is the bloated crapware that needs 3x the hardware to get a job done as other languages. I worked for a VAR, java/j2ee sells hardware. There are mature software stacks in plenty of languages, pick one. Python is a well designed language, runs from a VM, has mature frameworks and libraries: Flask, Django, Pylons or Pyramid. Note python also can run in the jvm.
too bad no one gave you a straight razor to chew on as a toddler.
For those who don't know,it is an atrocious game development system for a single vendor's platform only that panders to morons such as the parent poster.
Most people will not know how to change the desktop manager. They'll be stuck with a piece of shit UI that is a hindrance to productivity and workflow. I am also sad that you have no discernment in the matters of UI.

Most Chinese cut their queue off these days

that's been done, it's called the man pages.
low IQ. incurable and untreatable.

and your suicide rate is higher. better hit that bottle & drive, you walking time bomb
no worries, it's all cyclical. this 13th colony also will someday be the 26th, which is to say the future 13th
we did not spend trillions pushing for the moon, mere hundreds of billions scaled to today's dollar. Over ten trillion on our nuclear arsenal, yes.

thank you for being an exhibit of enviro-nazis being what they at heart are: mankind haters.

the poor have to right to be in his warehouse at any time. your need does not constitute reason for my giving,
Ah, a Unity developer speaks his mind

Unity takes away a user's freedom. Why do Unity and GNOME3 developers hate their users so much?

5% of PCs will have Unity installed on them, I'd rather use the Windows UI than that vile abortion
hypocrite, you stare at a flickering monitor all day
I do, there are CFL specifically made for dimmers. they don't have the range of halogen or incandescent bulb, but are still cheaper to run
